This cafe is very quick to cook lunch. I really like the burger and the meat delivery is very bistro. Everyone go ahead and eat the burger meat. All the best.

Disgusting delivery, the worst service imaginable. Ordering through the Mincemeat app is the last one in my life.
1. The delivery is just awful. The courier was an hour late. Support lied for 45 minutes that he was "about to arrive." As a result, the food arrived icy cold. You could have ordered ice—cold burgers right away - the effect is the same.
2. Complete chaos in the assembly of the order. One burger wasn't served, and there's no signature cucumber. Apparently, quality control is something from a parallel universe.
3. Absurd "solutions". Refund the money for the burger or send the courier again? What's the point? To wait endlessly again and get another cold burger?
This company does not know what a service is. Delivery is a disaster, support is empty promises, the food is icy. Don't waste your time and nerves.

Delicious burgers on a delicious bun. But bacon is not chewed in burgers, and additional cheese for an additional fee is not felt at all (apparently a very thin slice is added).

I made an order, a notification came in the application that the order was delivered. It hasn't been delivered, and I can't reach you by phone. It's been 1.5 hours. The point of Alma-Ata is Mega, Franchisees do not respond, I wrote a review on all channels, it remains only to write to Arkady.

There was no mustard and cap on the tables, and they didn't put a cucumber on me, but
As soon as I asked about the cucumber and sauces, I was kindly offered a regular cucumber and given a cap for free delivery.
