We had a rest with a friend from 18.06-02.07.2024.
In general, the score is 5:
1) Delicious and varied food, the chefs are great. Meat, fish, snacks, delicious cookies and ice cream.
2) The rooms are cozy, but there are questions about the operation of the air conditioner :) manually put the hose on the drain so that the condensate does not flood our balcony. In my opinion, the reason for this is the old stock of rooms, which requires a newer renovation. It is quite possible to live, but to think about not flooding the balcony, I encountered this for the first time :)
3) Cool premium beach - that's for sure. The distance between the sun beds is huge, there was enough space for everyone and the boundaries and personal space of vacationers were not violated. The beach employee cleaned in a timely manner, helped with the sun beds. + The cheerful and professional lifeguard was always on the lookout - thank you, Melijan! :)
4) I would especially like to emphasize that the hotel is based on staff - it would be sad without them at all. Chok tushukur ederim (Many thanks) Nicati, Kerim, Lokman are knights and professionals in their field, many thanks for always being there!!! I was pleased to see how cool and joyfully they did their job and were always friendly and responsive!!! We managed to talk to many tourists - almost unanimously everyone is coming here because of the staff!!! You are cool, good luck with everything and always!
5) I want to note one point, not very pleasant, which occurred on arrival. On the 1st day, we were checked into another hotel of the same chain, but the hotel is much lower than 5 *, for which we paid money. We were asked to come to the room on the 2nd day. When we arrived, we were asked again to spend the 2nd night in another hotel, we carried and carried suitcases and here we are again. Reason: our room was given to someone who cried. It was not entirely clear and the outrage was already on the verge. My friend and I almost quarreled with the administrator, who called us moody! As a result, after the proceedings, they put us in a hotel in a terrible room and promised to move us for a paid room on the 3rd day, which was done. Question to the director: how can you do this to people who pay for their holidays, but not only get their rooms, but also hear the unprofessional behavior of their employees at the reception in response?!
The compliment was a bottle of champagne, I note, I do not drink alcohol, and some fruits, which we ate a lot in the restaurant. After talking to the rest of the tourists, the verdict is the same. In general, the issue of checking into this hotel was extremely unpleasant. Hurray! It was at the beginning, but the sediment remained.
I would love to visit the hotel again to see representatives of the restaurant and the beach again, but without communication with the reception staff, who, as the very first people who meet tourists at the hotel, should be professional and with whom you can negotiate without violating agreements. That's the reason I wouldn't come back here again.

Of the cons:
•not the newest rooms regarding renovation (but absolutely comfortable to stay in)
•the buoys are too close, and then there are boats, yachts, catamarans
Of the advantages:
•the service is higher than in hotels, which are much higher
•during any meal, waiters ply the hall, who bring drinks / any alcohol. They don't need to be called, they come up on their own seeing any confusion/ empty glass, etc.
•in case of a problem in the room (the air conditioner stopped working, ants appeared, etc.), the problem is also solved within an hour. You go to the beach/eat, come back and it's done.
• when we chose the hotel ourselves, we read a lot of reviews about poor cleaning only on request, in fact, cleaning was every day (and your things will be collected and your pajamas will be folded)
•Cocktails, etc. can be taken to the beach, you are simply asked for which location to choose the dishes
•on the beach of the hotel (which is better than all the nearby ones because of the best quality sun loungers, which are far from each other, but there are always enough of them) there are regular people who help with umbrellas, cushions for sun loungers, etc.
•a very pleasant entertainment program every evening with guest artists (but not for parties)
•The food is excellent, everything is very tasty and varied, without a hint of poisoning, cocktails are not bad, a large selection for every taste, there is no need to buy anything in the store for personal use
• walking along the coast, we did not see a more comfortable and attractive hotel in the area (including those that were offered to us when booking a ticket)
• in case of late departure, despite the standard check-out at 12:00 from the room (you can pay later), you use all the services of the hotel for free all day They leave the bracelets with you
•nearby there is everything you need for alternative leisure (excursions, bars/clubs/shops) and, if desired, a bus to Marmaris for 30 lira (90 rubles) that runs every 5-10 minutes. The last one departs from Marmaris at 00:40

We had a rest from May 18 to 27, 2024. The weather was a success. The sea is refreshingly magnificent, the nature that surrounds Icmeler is simply amazing. Very tasty food, plenty of everything: fish, meat, chicken, turkey, seafood, vegetables, fruits, berries. Everything was very tasty, varied and wonderful. Many thanks to Necati, Lokman, Özenç, Davut, Münire, you guys are super!
