Good afternoon, fellow compatriots! I really wanted to write a review of this hotel while still on vacation in it, but after digesting everything that happened there, I decided to write now and warn you against going there. So let's get started))
The advantages of the hotel are few: polite staff, crystal clear water in the sea, few people on the beach, the view from the hotel rooms is steep. That's it))
Now about the cons:
First of all, I would like to mention just DISGUSTING food, which, without exaggeration, can be DANGEROUS for human health! To begin with, the food is terribly monotonous, but this is not even a problem. The problem is that it is MADE FROM SPOILED FOOD! Confirmation of this: sour omelet, sticky and bad-smelling sausage, on which flies and wasps sit openly. By the way, you will certainly see the products left over from breakfast at lunch and dinner. They will not be thrown out, but a new dish will be prepared. For example, from this most spoiled sausage, on which flies and wasps sat, pizza was made for dinner) Something was mixed into a salad. By the way, there is NO porridge for breakfast, an omelet, which is available in every hotel with all sorts of additives (tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs, etc.), there are no pancakes either, there are no pastries. We were wild with joy when we made simple scrambled eggs for breakfast!! In 8 days, they also made 2 times for breakfast. But the most interesting thing is that from the first days of rest, all members of my family and I had tummies. And after returning home from this "wonderful" vacation, after 1.5 weeks, my digestion has not been restored. I started drinking the drug for intestinal infection back at the hotel, but I didn't think it was that serious.
In general, do not expect normal food in this hotel, if you like to eat, then you definitely do not go there.
The second point that upset me. The hotel positions itself as a 16+, that is, a hotel for adults. The beach of this hotel is PRIVATE, that is, IT BELONGS TO the HOTEL! Nevertheless, there are several bungalows on the beach of the hotel, which the hotel RENTS OUT TO STRANGERS, NOT TO HOTEL GUESTS, including THOSE WITH CHILDREN! I was trying to figure out why a hotel that positions itself as 16+ allows strangers with children to be on the beach for money. In response, I received some nonsense, allegedly the beach is municipal, they cannot forbid coming here with children, they do not move into the hotel building itself with children. But the beach is private, and outsiders can stay on it for money. That's the answer, in fact, that no one will give you. They just make money by renting out these bungalows. They don't care that the guests specially chose the 16+ hotel to relax without children screaming, screaming, crying, splashing in the water, so as not to see them running without panties on the beach!!! Who should be pleased with this, yazhmachki??? By the way, people from other hotels calmly came to our beach, also with children. Our hotel had the quietest beach, because people with children are not settled, so everyone came to us either for money or just from other hotels. And no one said a word to them. Then let's all come to our beach and do what they want) There is a hotel employee on the beach, and all he does is run around with the terminal, turn his tail in front of those who rented a bungalow in Areda, or sit looking at the phone. That's it. And he doesn't CARE at ALL that the guests are unhappy with the presence of children, it doesn't matter that the beach itself is frankly DIRTY: there are a lot of steers, wrappers and other garbage. I've never seen anyone clean up on the beach!
Otherwise: the hotel is like a hotel. Of the entertainment, only billiards (for a fee), sauna or hammam did not go. Bar (only local alcoholic drinks are included, imported for an additional fee.payment).
By the way, the rooms are very stuffy if you do not turn on the air conditioner. If you turn on the air conditioner even at a high temperature, it gets cool, but keep in mind that instead of blankets on the beds there are bedspreads, towels, it is very cold to sleep under them with air conditioning. It's cold even under two. Keep in mind.
In general, comrades, I do not recommend that you go to this hotel. We gave ~ 220k for three people for 8 nights, for that kind of money you could go to the UAE at 5 *, we really regret that we made the wrong choice.
We stayed at this hotel last year, and we are going to it this year. The most convenient location of the hotel relative to the sea. The kitchen is very decent, everything is well prepared and delicious. True, for some reason the fish is always dry, but maybe that's how they eat it in Turkey?.. The staff is friendly and friendly. Quadas hotel is located in the quiet village of Icmeler, from where you can quickly reach the center of Marmaris. The sea on the shore of Icmeler is a little cool, but the water is clean and transparent.From the very first minute of your stay at Quadas, you can note the calm atmosphere of the hotel. Here you can really relax from the hustle and bustle of urban life and enjoy the picturesque nature of the mountains. The hotel staff is mostly English speaking, but very friendly. Therefore, in any case, you will find a common language and get the necessary help. The rooms are quite cozy. Great view from the balcony (we lived on the 4th floor), I liked that we were not visible from the balconies of the neighboring rooms. An elevator with a sea view is a separate pleasure, you can ride and enjoy the view of the surroundings and the sea, while the presence of two elevators fully ensures free movement without traffic jams. Great pool. A convenient and comfortable beach with plenty of space for everyone. A sufficient number of drinks at the bar. There is enough food in the restaurant, but you can increase the variety of fruits. Animation is not implied in the hotel. But guests at dinner can sometimes enjoy live music performed by talented artists. There are no children in the hotel, because 16+. However, small children can be present on the beach for an additional fee. As for the disadvantages, it is the permission to smoke in public places: on the beach and even on the terrace of the restaurant. And in general, we are happy with our stay at the Quadas hotel. It definitely lives up to its 4 stars.
The hotel is on the first line and the most extreme along the promenade, which is located in Icmeler, all rooms with sea views, the style of the hotel is Provence, not some cheap, but well-made repairs, the receptionist and receptionist are very polite and responsive, check-in before 14:00 is easy. Daily cleaning, free minibar, clean and cozy room, Russian TV channels, hair dryer, safe. The restaurant is clean and cozy, the food does not shine with variety as in the big five, but we tried all kinds of meat and poultry during the week of our stay. The beer is delicious (Ephesus), not loaded. I haven't tried wine, according to my wife, it will do. Private beach, towels, sun beds - everything is there, the water is clean, the entrance is very small pebbles. All the staff are friendly and helpful if you behave the same way with them. A couple of comments: 1. There is no menu in bars. 2. It is not clear which main dish is served for breakfast. I had to ask for an omelet to be cooked. There is not much hotel territory, it is not needed there, it is a European resort, there is nothing to sit in the hotel. The pool is nice and clean, every day they take a water intake and clean it. Cocktails at the bar are so-so. There is a cafe around the corner, there is the cheapest and best hookah in Icmeler.

We were in June 2017. A quiet hotel.For adults. The food is terrible! The new owner is greedy. Repairs are needed! The beach is great, there is enough space for everyone. Everyone comes for money.
The hotel is nice, good location. The breakfast is very strange. We didn't find: yogurt, croissants, pancakes, buns. Only fried eggs and boiled eggs. There is also milk with muesli. Well, very modestly. Lunch and dinner are more or less. There are very tasty dishes. All rooms have a sea view. No queues. So kaak16+. Will I go again? Probably not. I liked the La Perla hotel. It is located nearby. Maybe I'll try it.
Close to the sea, its own beach in a very good location, good rooms. The disadvantages are similar to those typical in Turkey. Staff gouging, saving like yesterday's vegetables.

I liked it: proximity to the sea, quick check-in to the room upon arrival. The guide is Olga. The power supply mode. I didn't like it: children on the beach. Since 07/25/18, the food has become much worse - there is no choice of meat dishes, you can not eat fish, there are few fruits. Loud music in the evenings from the bar.
