I really liked the hotel. The staff and service are above all praise. The food is very tasty, the bar is just great. The room was given a cool one, thanks to the manager at the reception. We were delighted, everything is very cool. The views from the entire hotel to the sea and mountains are generally amazing.

A great small hotel on the shores of the Aegean Sea! Excellent food, noise insulation in the rooms, walking distance to the AVM shopping center. I was bribed by the lack of video cameras - it's nice when you're not being followed on vacation!

We rested from 09/21/24 to 09/28/24. Let's start with arrival, we arrived at 8.00 at the hotel, there are really no Russian-speaking employees in the hotel, check-in at 14.00 and not an hour earlier, but this is only for Russians. About 10 people came with us, mostly English, Scots and Germans, so they were settled as soon as the rooms were vacated, and we were ignored. The hotel is old, of course you can find fault with everything, but we came to relax, buy up, relax. The only thing that killed was the air conditioner, which worked like a tractor, it was difficult to fall asleep, if possible, they opened the balcony door at night. Yes, there is absolutely no shower gel and shampoo, no hats, an empty table in the bathtub.There is no beach as such, we should have brought sand, but we saw and knew that the descent from the concrete slab did not bother us. The main thing is a gorgeous sea, clean, smells of watermelons, and if you want a gentle descent, you need to go 15 meters away and there is a wonderful descent and an interesting bottom, for those who like to swim with a mask and there is no limit to buoys. The food, like everywhere else in Turkey, is neither better nor worse than in other hotels. Everything is delicious, everything is fresh, there are no special delights, and that's not why people go on vacation. The hotel is aimed at Europeans, there are almost no Russians 2-3%. I would have come again- no, but I was satisfied with the rest, it all depends on us, with what mood we come and why, but you can find dirty dishes, not very clean carpet, old furniture, bad chairs and sun beds in any hotel.

Positive:
- The Aegean Sea, clear until evening
- Beach platform, no need to waste time to reach the depth, the depth is about 2 m at once
- The sights are located nearby, Ephesus - 30 minutes by car, Miletus and Didymus - an hour
- The food is varied and delicious, I didn't get tired of it in 10 days
- Room cleaning is good, provided you leave a tip
- The pool is large and clean, the water is very warm
- Few Russians
- The animation is not annoying
- AVM shopping center and grocery stores are within walking distance
Minuses:
- Inconvenient lunch time is 12:30-14:00, you don't have time to get hungry
- There is a bridge between the two buildings of the hotel that covers the sea view, so the promised sea side view may turn out to be one name
- No tips, cleaning at a minimum
- The beach is not the cleanest, the sunbeds have seen better days
- There are some insects biting on the beach

I was at this hotel from 12.06 to 19.06. We arrived at the hotel early, at 9, checked in immediately and were allowed to have breakfast. The hotel is very clean. We changed the linen every other day. The food is very tasty. Of course, you get used to the assortment quickly, but the food is delicious! The staff does not speak Russian, but they are learning)! There is a Russian-speaking girl. You can solve all problems with it, when checking in, I really asked for a room with a sea view, and my request was fulfilled, but I did not take into account that the hotel has a very active animation! After twelve at night, the hotel is shaking with loud music! I went to swear at the reception, they turned it off)! But, the biggest advantage of the hotel is a stunning view of the sea and mountains, the main restaurant is located on the sea side and in the evening during dinner there are stunning sunsets!

The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. There are no bathrobes, slippers, or shampoo in the room. Wi-Fi is paid. You need to leave a deposit for the key to the safe. The TV is the size of a phone. Some of the rooms overlook the construction site. The entrance to the sea is via battered stairs.

We have been vacationing with a friend at this hotel since September 21, 2023. We liked everything very much, from check-in to full stay. The hotel is chic, the food is excellent, the sea is warm/calm/affectionate. Our room faced the pool and the sea, the rooms themselves are very cozy, clean. We were on the Aegean Sea for the first time - we will definitely return! The pool, I'm so indifferent to them. But here, they are chic, clean, comfortable temperature. Therefore, after breakfast we always went to the pool, after lunch to the beach / sea. Everything around is clean, tidy, there are enough free sun beds. There were very few Russians, mostly Europeans, but all very smiling, polite. Therefore, many thanks for the hospitality of the hotel! Definitely 5+ and a recommendation!

I will slightly dilute the positive reviews about this hotel.
We had a rest from June 17-23, 2023. To begin with, we arrived at the hotel in the morning and were immediately checked in - this is a "+" for the hotel. But there are no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel.
We were settled in a room with Windows overlooking the construction site and every day from morning to 12 o'clock at night there was a construction site. The audibility is perfect, there are several other hotels in front of our hotel - their music was blaring day and night. At night, music all night and the hum of cars, as there is a road nearby.
The hotel is considered 5 stars, but it is 3 stars, no more. There is only liquid soap and shampoo in the room, but there is no soap, no caps, no disposable accessories, as usually happens at 5. Moreover, they have all this in the photo! The hair dryer is small and blows only hot air.
The water turns on and off. It is advisable not to swim from 18.30-19.30, as everyone swims before dinner, there is no water on the 8th floor.
The TV is small and of the 3 declared Russian channels, 1 works, and then not always.
The hotel is European and for adults. There's nothing to do with children there.
There is no entry into the sea- it is a pier, we had to take a taxi to the central beach.
The food is spicy, of the same type, there is nothing for children to eat. But the staff is friendly - they get 5 points.
The hotel itself is old and there is no air conditioning in the lobby, in the bar. And it gets bad in this heat. The pool for children is cold. Animation comes in the morning and only in the evening they do something. But it's only for 30 minutes.
On the first day, we wanted to move from there, but there was no such opportunity to pay extra for another cash in euros.
We had a real fire guide. We entertained ourselves and the children as much as we could.
We went to the nearby beach-15 minutes on foot- it is considered local, but the water is dirty, the sand is dirty.
But as the locals said, flocks of wild Boars sometimes go to Kusadasi, and we went for a walk in the evenings, because there was nothing to do at the hotel in the evening.
I am attaching a photo. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible hotel, I do not recommend it. Wi-Fi is paid, 1 phone for a week is $ 15. The hotel barely has three stars. We are vacationing for the third year on the Aegean coast, there is something to compare it with. The entry into the sea is terrible, dirty tablecloths in the dining room, battered dishes, tables are wobbly, chairs are shabby. From the first minute I wanted to escape. The safe is paid, you need to leave a deposit of 10 €, then it will be returned when you return the key to the safe.

The staff does not speak Russian! The kitchen is bad! There are no shampoo shower gels in the room. There's something biting on the beach. The room was cleaned 1 time in 10 days!!!!! I don't recommend going there. There is no attitude towards the guests!!! And the price is wow!

Oh, I read wonderful reviews and went , I am currently in a hotel , a dead old , shabby building , fights for a place every day for dinner , there are really twice as many people as the hall can accommodate , I ran out of patience and decided to write a review about this wonderful hotel , of course 20 times more sunbeds on the sea less than necessary))) I am attaching a photo of the dinner, people are standing in the smoke, I went in and thought they would take me out on a stretcher))) So think about where you are going , No one speaks Russian , the anex tour guide ran away immediately after he sniffed the ticket , he gets in touch by voice .
