On July 24th, 2022, at approximately 01:00, I, in the company of my friends, came to visit the night establishment “Fanconi” at the address Chisinau, str. Ghidighici 5. During the "face control" at the entrance to the institution, the person who portrayed the "guard of the institution" told me that I was allowed into the institution, but some of my friends could not be allowed "without explaining the reason." After this statement to our address, we all immediately left the entrance to the institution, and remained on the sidewalk (in a public place) to wait for a taxi in order to leave. Within 5 minutes, one of the "guards" approached me and my friends and demanded to leave the sidewalk, since, as he put it, "this is a private territory," after which I stated that "we will leave soon." Immediately after that, this "guard" began to push me further and further off the sidewalk onto the roadway, as a result of which I felt physical pain. I did not resist, but only told him that I was on the sidewalk, where I had the right to be. He ignored my words and retreated to the territory of the institution. In turn, my friends and I stayed on the sidewalk, after which we left in a taxi. I would like to note that at the time of the illegal demand of the "guard" to leave the "private territory", and the use of physical force against me, I was in a public place on the sidewalk, without provoking this person in any way, I did not violate the law, I and my entire company were of legal age, were completely sober. I ask the administration of this institution to review the recordings from video cameras, identify this “employee”, if he is one, and apply maximum sanctions to him, namely, to dismiss.
