This is one of the best complexes in all of Hurghada, the apartments themselves have recently been built and put into operation, some of the owners are still doing repairs, but this is no comfort to vacationers, the entire infrastructure is fresh, well-groomed territory, clean pools. There is a restaurant, a bar, a cafe on the beach, a small private water park. The complex has fast WiFi, it's good to work or watch a movie. Many apartments were rented with a fairly good renovation from the developer, built-in wardrobes, a kitchen, good armchairs in the kitchen, large modern TVs, a comfortable shower stall, comfortable beds with good mattresses. The area itself is very well located, it takes 15 minutes by car from the airport and UBER shows the cost of about 120 pounds, but local taxi drivers are crooks, they will try to get 10-15 dollars from you, which is also normal. Not far from the complex is the most expensive area of Hurghada - El Gouna, you can get here for about 110-120 pounds by taxi, I really recommend it here well, to the tourist center of Hurghada Sheri Street or Sheraton, also go close and inexpensive 110-130 pounds. The complex has its own beach with large, substantial straw umbrellas and good sun beds, there are a lot of them, there is enough for everyone, the sea view is simply gorgeous, the beach itself is of course shallow, during high tide it seems to be still normal, but here it's just a matter of walking through shallow water about 300 meters to a depth, pantone is not here yet, but it is especially unnecessary, since it is the same distance to walk along panton and across the sea. There is a kite surfing school on the shore, you can rent a kite if you can, if not, they will teach you here. I recommend buying corralki sneakers, as I once stepped on a live crab in the sea, of course, it got scared and ran away, and I also tensed up a little. :-) I followed him for a long time, looking at him, the water is clear, everything is clearly visible. It is better to relax here than in all-exclusive hotels, everything can be bought inexpensively, strawberries are 100 rubles in season, mangoes, tomatoes, guava, other fruits and vegetables are also 100-200 rubles per kilogram (50-100 pounds), juices, pastries, ready meals, everything is within walking distance and is extremely inexpensive. You can also order delivery, for example, crabs, shrimps and fish from the market will be delivered to you for 100 rubles. The cost of rent here is low for such a complex, about $ 350 per month, a little more expensive in the season - $ 450, but this is equal to the cost of a week's stay in an average hotel. This is one of the best apartment complexes in El Achaea!!!A new, stylish, modern complex. Excellent location with its own unique microclimate, gorgeous private beach, fully equipped for your comfort. Water park, 5 pools, kids' area. Cafe, bar, restaurant, good quality internet. The apartments are cozy and bright.
