A small, brand new family hotel with positive energy! It is located on the second line from the sea (walking is close). SPA and massage at the hotel opposite. The sea is clean, but pebbly. The old town is 5-10 minutes away by taxi (350-500 rubles.) The owners are native speakers of St. Petersburg culture, so we saw only pleasant hospitality from the local flavor there. The food is very tasty! The kids liked it! A good point to explore Abkhazia. It is good to stop by the company and ride from there to tourist spots.

We had a rest in September 2024.
A very fresh modern hotel with a beautiful view. A hospitable hostess.
Delicious breakfast buffet. Special thanks for the water with lemon, coffee-everything is at the highest level. The sea is within walking distance.
The rooms are what you need. They brought a compliment in the form of champagne for my birthday. Special thanks.
We will definitely come back!

A wonderful new hotel, which has everything you need for a good rest (towels for hands, feet and body, bathroom accessories, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers). Wonderful and hearty breakfasts and lunches are served every day. You can buy delicious homemade wine from the hostess of the hotel Liana. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. If you purchase a category 1 ticket, then this price includes access to the pool and spa area located in a nearby hotel. If the ticket is of the 2nd category, then for an additional fee of 1200 rubles per person, you can also use the pool and spa area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a couple of days with my family on a trip… The rooms are new and clean!! The bed is a bomb!!! Noise insulation is a bomb!!! A hotel is still being built not far away, but it does not interfere with rest at all… Very hospitable hosts.. The beach is not crowded and clean.. In front of the presidential hotel, there is always 24/7 security and a sense of complete security is provided to you!!!
I will add that the breakfasts are very tasty ... my wife and I drank 2 coffees without any problems, as we always used to… And you won't drink water *by the way* from the tap ... everything is at the reception without any problems…

The sea is nearby . the nearby Grace Akua Vila Hotel has an excellent sauna, swimming pool, hammam. Employees at 5+. Thank you all. We will definitely come back here . I advise everyone. I highly recommend starting the velvet season in Abkhazia with the FAMS Hotel. Apsny (Abkhazia) translates as the land of the soul - so in this hotel everything is done with soul and love. There is no better place to reboot. The hospitable hosts and staff will surround you with care and attention. Thank you, we will definitely be back ♥️

Prices are inflated, there is a construction site next to the hotel, work is underway every day, the spa is not this hotel, they react sharply and negatively to criticism, room cleaning is at a forced request, shower accessories are not updated, water is paid, you will drink from the tap in the room) the hotel is cheaper and much better, although it is considered presidential
