I am very unhappy with the staff's service to customers. So I went to the registration and asked them for my profile, and they told me (Go in and look for your profile yourself), but they were sitting around. In your opinion, people should come sick and look for a questionnaire for themselves, maybe I should also check myself and write a referral (prescriptions) for myself.

Terrible queues. For any reason, you must first stand in a wild queue to the local doctor. Everything is in it, both children and adults. And only after visiting the local doctor do you get the right to go to the one who is really needed. The place is inconvenient, you can only get in by ambulance, neither by transport nor by taxi. The staff with varying success, then rude, then talk normally. Practically no one starts the appointment on time. In general, this clinic is a punishment for not being able to afford good paid medicine.
