"I applied to the 61st polyclinic on 02/27/2025 with severe malaise. Doctor Ochilova Dilfusa was 20 minutes late, refused to conduct a full-fledged examination, referring to the fact that I was not her patient. At the same time, she referred them to other specialists without issuing referrals. During the appointment, I started having nosebleeds, but no first aid was provided – I was given only one napkin on request. Strangers entered the office several times, violating my privacy and my personal space. I am very disappointed with this attitude towards patients, especially in conditions of poor health."

Without responsible doctors and nurses and heads of the doctor !!!! They can 't make basic medical records ! They send it starting from the registry office, I don 't know where ! Nigmatova is a lazy and just a stupid woman !

The clinic is terrible. Starting from the registry. The queues are huge, the heat is high, there is not a single working air conditioner either in the corridors or in the offices. Doctors are incompetent, they don't understand anything in the computer, where has this been seen?! The results of the analyses simply cannot be transmitted at least by Telegram. You have to stand in queues for these tests as well. They came to the laboratory at 8 o'clock to donate blood for TSH, so they couldn't open the laboratory for 40 minutes, they were looking for the key. People come to take tests on an empty stomach, they are also tortured there. Apparently, all the most lame doctors gathered here, of course, all the good doctors in private clinics.
