Lived in this guest house from July 3-9, 2024.came on vacation
I had a very pleasant experience
In the first place, of course, is the perfect cleanliness in the rooms, in the kitchen, bathroom and in general.
The hostess herself lives in one of the rooms of the house and always monitors the order and "quality" of the guests.
A quiet place in the private sector (at the same time close to public transport stops and the city as a whole (it took me 15 minutes to get to the center)), with clean air, birdsong and crickets chirping at night, beauty and that's all!
The hostess of the house, Alla, is a wonderful, friendly woman, she was always happy to talk.
The price for a large spacious room, compared with prices in Minsk in general, is very attractive (about 2000 Russian rubles)
If I'm ever in Minsk again, just come here 🫶🏻

It's a wonderful place. We rode a motorcycle through Minsk and did not book accommodation in advance, but we accidentally found this place and were very satisfied. The house is very clean and well maintained, it was nice to be here, We had a cozy and bright room. Thank you very much to the hostess Alla, who told us everything very politely and carefully and also allowed us to park the motorcycle in the courtyard of the house, which was very important for us. If we are going to Minsk again, we will stay here :)

Awesome guest house, Parking is available, 15 minutes to the metro, shops are within walking distance. The cleanliness is simply gorgeous, everything is clean and tidy, there is Wi-Fi, a smoking area, all rooms are bright, many channels on TV, compared to the hotel, they only do not feed, but there is a stove, kitchen and refrigerator.

Great place! We spontaneously decided to leave for Minsk from Moscow, respectively, we did not book and we had arrival on the navigator at +-4 in the morning, we wrote off at the number indicated here, we were quickly answered that there were empty seats. At 4 a.m. we were warmly welcomed, escorted, and accommodated. Alla (most likely the hostess) is very pleasant and made our stay comfortable)
Everything is clean, kitchen, room, bathroom, hot water, washing machine, wifi and top location, quiet and calm) Payment is accepted in Russian rubles, about 1200 rubles per night / person (room for two)

We had a rest at the end of April with a group of friends and children, 11 people☺️
Everything fit, the house is interesting, there are a lot of sleeping places and there is a place to drink coffee on the street in the morning and stand on nails 🙃

Отличный гостевой дом. Приветливая и заботливая хозяйка. Очень чисто и в комнате и в санузле. Жили в комнате с двумя кроватями и балконом на втором этаже. Есть общая кухня со всем необходимым оснащением, для приёма пищи доступен небольшой дворик. Цена приемлемая. Есть небольшая парковка для гостей.

I am so glad that I was in this place and spent 2 weeks here, the house is in order and cleanliness, everything is like at home, the hostess is a pleasant woman, looks after the household, the house is located 10 m away from the city center, do not think, better call and book a place here right away!

Очень уютный. Домашняя обстановка. Все очень чисто и аккуратно. Приветливые хозяева. Есть все необходимое. Тишина. Очень удобно добираться на машине от МКАДа.

Очень понравилось, хорошие хозяева, очень чисто в доме, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, душ, кухня, даже разрешили пожарить шашлыки на дворе перед домом. Очень спокойный район, просыпаться было одним удовольствием, при этом удобное расположение, не составляло труда добираться до центра города, если будем ещё раз заезжать в Минск, то однозначно хотим останавливаться снова у Аллы

Замечательные хозяева, подскажут как решить любые вопросы, доброжелательны. Внутри чисто. Атмосфера уютная, тихо, спокойно. Есть общая кухня с посудой и холодильником. Душ имеется, полотенца дают

Алла нас добавила в чат арендодателей по квартирам .
И мы без труда ночевали в других городах
Спасибо ей огромное
В Хостелле
Чисто,уютно
По домашнему .
Можно пожарить шашлыки
За дополнительную плату попариться в баньке .

Все просто супер. Расположено в самом секторе. Тишина. Ночью нет шума на улице. Чистота. Хозяйка замечательная женщина. До метро 10 минут пешком.

Прекрасный гостевой дом. Очень приятные хозяева. Чисто и аккуратно. Есть парковочные места рядом с домом. Из общественного транспорта - автобус в 10 минутах ходьбы.
Такси из центра до дома 8-15 рублей.
