I have very mixed feelings.
I came to this cafe with my friend for the first time last Thursday. Both the service and the drinks, the dessert exceeded expectations. The waitress was very kind and unobtrusive at the same time. But then, for some reason, the waitress changed - I didn't understand why, because they wanted to leave the tip on the 1st. It was Hawaiian Thursday that day and we chose poke from the special menu. It was delicious, but the rice was sticky and the canned corn was gray. I really liked the brownie dessert - it's very chocolate and delicious.
Without hesitation, we decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our children there on Sunday the same week. There were a couple and a couple of people in the hall besides us. They waited for the hot stuff for more than 50 minutes until I asked. They brought it to everyone, but not to me. I thought maybe they were still cooking, but alas, they forgot about me. They didn't put straws in the cocktail.
They told me to wait about 15 more minutes. But I already refused, because the mood was spoiled. We celebrated a damn holiday. I understand if there was a full landing and the cook was in the soap, but alas… I still don't understand why this happened.
And if the first time we left a tip and were very satisfied, although there were nuances, then the second time the mood was not corrected even by a free dessert and as an apology 2 shots that no one drank. In general, it feels like going to the same place twice in the same week was a mistake.
I want to give another 3rd chance and only then I will tell my subscribers whether it's worth going there or not. But so far the guys have been very upset…
So, some time has passed and I decided to celebrate my DR in the Family Name, thereby giving a chance to fix it)
All the guests were satisfied, everything was delicious and satisfying. The staff was attentive and unobtrusive. Everything went fine. Thank you for correcting yourself, now I can definitely recommend you. Special thanks for the cake - it was great, very tender and delicious.
We will come again and again!

I visited this place knowing in advance what I want to order and try. Half of the dishes were not available... Moreover, there is nothing special about them, but it was not available to order. The menu is not very large, but 40 percent of the items you simply will not be cooked there. What's the point of such a menu? The birthday was ruined. Among other things, I would like to note the behavior of the staff - people came with a dog, who calmly walked around the hall, and the owners calmly held out the wine. I was struck by such a disregard for my work and the fear of making a remark.
The only thing that pleased me. The food is really delicious. However, the prices are greatly inflated, considering what I saw on my plate. Ordinary cheap products of very questionable quality. Respect to the cook that he was able to make at least a delicious dish out of them.
For the manager who answered me below, I am making specifics. On August 19, a table was reserved for 18.00. I didn't talk about my birthday, I just came to my office, just to have a nice evening. There was no carpaccio, salad with pear and blue cheese. A man and a woman came with their York around 6.30 pm, the dog was running around the hall. Look at the cameras. And next time, before making fools of your guests, compare the facts! Don't embarrass yourself. Okay, it happened to me, so don't let it happen to other guests.

My family and I have been visiting this cafe consistently once a week for 2 years and would like to leave our feedback. The people working here are a real team.They try their best for the guests. Chefs and waiters work closely together, trying to quickly prepare and serve all the dishes hot and in the right sequence. Always clean dishes and cutlery.Drinking water is on the table all the time. The small menu always has all the items, it is very rare when something is over.The dishes are made from fresh selected products.Wonderful bartenders conjure cocktails.Random people rarely come to this place. Families come here, in company with friends. I highly recommend visiting this friendly cafe.The owner of the Family Name, he is also a chef, he often cooks in the kitchen for guests, putting his work and soul into this place!Many thanks to you guys who meet us, treat us and entertain us!

The staff is lovely, courteous, good. However, the kitchen was very let down. You won't guess if it's delicious or not. Three pastas were tried by a large company and all of them were simply disgusting. Mushroom soup is delicious, desserts too. The beer plate is 50/50, it contains delicious croutons, but everything else leaves much to be desired. Mulled wine is not hot, not spicy enough, strongly diluted. Is the water really not from the tap? I was dissatisfied with all the dishes, with the exception of mushroom soup.

A very cozy place. I was with a friend on Friday for the first time. It's nice that our table was waiting for us when we arrived (everything was set -appliances, water).
