A red place for a summer vacation! The rooms match the price! Spacious and cozy!
The lake and the SPA are a solid five!

We stayed at the hotel with our family for 3 days . For understanding, we paid 4,000euros for the rest, respectively, the expectations were very high.
In fact , they were not justified .
On the positive side, I can note - excellent breakfasts , you can spend them on the terrace overlooking the sea , an excellent SPA with 4 different saunas and two large pools , a good beach - very comfortable sun beds , attentive and friendly staff everywhere .
On the day of arrival, a welcome dessert was waiting for us in the room , thank you for that.
We lived in the old part of the hotel ( former castle ) in the Suite . It consisted of two rooms overlooking the garden. Everything is fine and comfortable in the bedroom , but the children slept in the living room on the sofa , which was unfolded . And here begins the main problem - the children had a terribly uncomfortable sleeping place - the mattress was crooked , with slits on the sides and at the headboard ( pillows were constantly falling there) and to top it off, the bed made a disgustingly loud creaking sound , with any movement of the children . These sounds woke up not only the children , but also me, even though I was sleeping in the next room with the door closed. After the first night, the children wanted to leave because they were no longer ready to sleep in such a bed.
The second point is that we booked 3 days, but a few days before arrival, our plans changed, upon arrival we asked to reduce the stay to two days. The hotel manager informed us that this was impossible, since we made the reservation, there was nothing to change through booking. I was in an underwater situation at another hotel and we were able to change the booking conditions, although we also did everything through booking. It is strange that booking sets different conditions for hotels. Well, or the hotel staff did not want to change our reservation.
My sincere opinion is that with such a high cost and the claimed level, there simply should not be such beds in the hotel.
If my children had written the review, they would have put 1 .
In general , it is beautiful , interesting , delicious , but we did not manage to sleep well there . I don 't want to come anymore .
