Good hotel with tasty breakfasts and good service. But some details should be improved, I get slippers on the first day of stay, on the second day it disappeared at all after cleaning the room, the door of the bathroom doesn't have a lock, so it's very inconvenient if you live with someone else.

Extremely unpleasant attitude of the girl at the reception. (06/01/24) I took my old mother a number for 2 days, her phone ran out, she does not know English and had to explain every step in the age sphere on my fingers. The only way to communicate was to call the room through the reception. On the first day (05/31.24), the young man worked, talked pleasantly and helped in every way he could. Full customer focus. On the second day, there was a woman at the registration, she was rude and refused to connect the call. A lot of nerves were spent, I didn't know until the end if my mother had found a taxi. As a result, a terrible impression.

Стильный интерьер, удобные кровати/ матрасы, хорошие завтраки, комфортное расположение (20 мин до аэропорта), чисто, большая открытая парковка.
