The director suggested: Why not fly over the holidays and eat a Peking Duck? That was the end of it. We got visas and flew. On a sightseeing tour of Harbin, we asked the guide to take us to a restaurant to eat duck. And we were lucky. The duck was excellent: with steamed pancakes, broth. It was delicious. The wish was fulfilled. Moreover, this restaurant with a history has been operating since 1864.
