A nice hotel with an ideal location in the very center. There are many cafes with different cuisines and walking distance to the railway station.

We checked into this hotel because it was the closest to the University of Wayamba, which we had to visit for work. A rather pompous hotel with shabby furniture in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant, where a very decent dinner was prepared for reasonable money. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. In general, the hotel is focused on weddings and vacations for wealthy Sri Lankans.

A great place for tourists and guests, excellent rooms, relatively fast service. Excellent breakfast and several excellent places to eat and drink nearby. The location of the hotel is very good.

The building of the former hospital is now a cafe restaurant. On Sinhala New Year, we even managed to have lunch there in one of the canteen restaurants (during the holiday period, almost everything is closed except for markets (one per block), restaurants are almost everywhere closed during this period in Colombo and the suburbs)
