I bought a 140x200 Gold G-4 Sleep Factory mattress in the 21st Century store. We are currently trying to find a compromise solution with them. However, the reaction of the manufacturer surprised me greatly. They explained the defect of their products by "physical impact on the edge", although the fabric parted at the seam with light exposure. I checked other areas of the mattress where even with stronger exposure nothing happened. I do not recommend this company to anyone! I also want to advise the manufacturer to learn to admit his mistakes, otherwise you risk losing customers.

I am currently dealing with the issue of expertise and a legal solution to this issue. I invite anyone to visit and test the strength of my old mattress, on which I have to sleep, and a new mattress, which has been gathering dust in the corner for the second month. I will tell you that there is no difference, except for the place where the defect was and it was not carefully eliminated. And now they are trying their best to justify themselves! I'm not going to sleep on your mattress, and even if I lose in a legal dispute, I'll throw away the mattress and buy it from another manufacturer! I won't set foot in your company anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone!!!
