On November 20, 2024, I purchased 2 chicken fillet schnitzels in this store. When I came home, I found that the schnitzels turned out to be of poor quality (with a specific smell and taste of rotten meat) and dangerous to life and health. I wrote an email to HOM KUKIN LLC demanding to provide a copy of the receipt, as well as a refund. This letter was ignored. Then I wrote to the director of HOM KUKIN LLC in telegram, and he couldn't think of anything better than just blocking me.
To date, no one has returned money to me for low-quality goods and has not apologized for this situation.
In general, before you want to go to this store, think a hundred times, because you can be poisoned there.
