But I was not completely sure that the assembly was successful. In particular, there was a question about cooling (whether it would be enough) and the choice of a specific motherboard. Therefore, it was decided to contact here (I found it on Yandex maps).
I called on Tuesday. The guy answered all the questions about my assembly + said that they could order and assemble it all themselves. I said OK, we've placed an order. I came to them a couple of days later to give them the computer. He told me his number. They found my order. We collected it in just 35 minutes! And in terms of money, it turned out to be cheaper. I would buy 150 rubles myself, and this is taking into account their work! I am very pleased! I also bought Klava inexpensively. I will definitely contact you on the computer) everything is cool and I was pleased with how quickly we did it!

Terrible tech. Service. They put used video cards, for the second time in a row. You're sitting quietly working and bams, you have a black screen that requires you to restart your computer. For some reason, when you open the control panel, you can see that some programs were installed in 2021, although the computer was bought / assembled in 2023. Draw conclusions and stop deleting my review.)

Разочарована (( Не рекомендую… Полное отсутствие поддержки в случае проблем
До этого момента два ноутбука уже была тут приобрела и всё нормально было с ними (потому что работали)... Но вот с последним приобретением самого дорогого ноутбука за 10 000 рублей ( msi raider ge 67hx 12uhs ) , не повезло совсем (((
Проблемы начались уже через 5 дней использования с видеокартой NVIDIA GeFORCE RTX 3080 TI , постоянно отключалась, а потом и вовсе перестала работать. Позвонила, договорились на ремонт, упаковала (был абсолютно целый) . 27 апреля приехал курьер - к нему тоже много вопросов, опоздал на 2ч заявленного времени и в место 23 рублей за доставку, хотел почему-то 30 руб. что бы я оплатила. Ноутбук уехал в Минск и катался где то 5 дней . 2 мая в обед присылают фото с повреждениями угла корпуса ноутбука, откуда повреждения - не понятно (( Я отправляла его абсолютно целым, с проблемами видеокарты!!!
Видеокарту починили и собирались уже отправить обратно. Я попросила выровнять корпус и вернуть его в нормальное состояние, т.к. не хочу его забирать в разломанном виде... На что мне стали угрожать ; < что вернут видеокарту в нерабочее состояние, а ноутбук вообще снимут с гарантии >... Какое вы имеете право ломать мой ноутбук и за который уже заплачены такие большие деньги????!!!! Мало того, что некачественный товар получился, так ещё и не понятно кто и как повредил корпус (сами, или в доставке) Почему я должна забирать разломанный ноутбук , если я отдавала его целым???!!!
Звонила на сайт что бы пообщаться с главными, менеджер даже и слушать не хочет, переключает опять на гарантийный отдел (( Зачем??? Если мы там уже обо всём поговорили. Как дозвониться до главного скрывают, и никто не связывается со мной. Ждите понедельника, а в пятницу он не мог позвонить????Решать проблему никак не хотят. Товар продали и забыли((

Покупаю тут ноуты уже лет 11, ещё когда они на Якуба Колоса были. И недавно ещё попросил мне новый винчестер поставить в ноут. С точки зрения приобретения и консультации вопросов нет.
А вот со
стороны поддержки было ужасно. Не знаю какими словами назвать того руководителями кто допускал такое
Но последний раз просил помощи в 21-ом году и не получил ее, разбираться времени не было поэтому забыл на тот раз.
Когда недавно менял веник, сказали что того негодника больше нет и теперь всё хорошо и всем рады. Поэтому пока 4 звёзды, осадочек остался, а так будем надеяться, в случае вопросов, тк собираюсь скоро покупать опять ноутбук, приключений не будет. И новый сервисный гарантийный отдел свои функции выполнит...
