Salty (khinkali) and overfried (tabaka chiken) foods. Do not mix this with the Khinkali Factory near the Vake Park - that one is awesome. This is not close.

This place was shown to us by friends who moved from St. Petersburg to Tbilisi. It's delicious and comfortable here. Large portions. The price corresponds to the quality. Waiting for khinkali can take about an hour, other dishes are prepared faster. The assortment of khinkali and wine is quite large.

Great place! We didn't wait any 40 minutes! The entire order for three was delivered in 15 minutes. Kebab and khachapuri. Everything is very tasty and fresh. And beer is just fire. Since I drink exclusively dark varieties and understand them, I can say with confidence: dark beer is excellent. I can't leave comments on the rest of the varieties, since I haven't tried and don't understand them). The service is excellent, girls and boys understand Russian. I recommend.

Great place! Delicious food, large portions, delicious beer, reasonable prices. The staff is polite and attentive! Unambiguous recommendations for visiting. We were in Georgia for 5 days, tried to try different food, different places, but returned here for a repeat visit.

It was a very long service, we waited 1 hour, everyone who came after us had already eaten and left. It seems that this is a special attitude towards Russian-speaking visitors. The lamb khinkali was not super , the cheese was very salty and not bad .

Bottom bottom bottom! What are the faces of the waitresses worth - level 100 arrogance! Customer orientation is simply at zero, how much money the owners are losing because of their own staff! The menu was waited for 15 minutes and brought only when asked! If you want to see how they try to assert themselves at your expense, come to this horror!

The most terrible Khinkali in Tbilisi. I ordered fried potatoes in Asian sauce. As a result, the raw khinkali was simply baked in the oven and served essentially raw baked dough. There are a little more potatoes in them than nothing. The puree is so liquid made on water that it's honestly a shame to serve it. The Asian sauce was just served in a gravy boat. And all this splendor was cooked for 40 minutes! They just ruined a beautiful sunny day.

It's an insanely delicious place. We tried khinkali, main dishes, and khachapuri. Fast feed. It was lucky that there was an empty table. It was about 16 o'clock and almost a full landing.

I asked the waitress for a simple lager - she brought a bitter almost ipa, it's not scary, she probably didn't know what lager was. I ordered only 5 hinkals - they told me to wait half an hour, I waited 35 minutes, and the landing was less than half, what do they do when the place is full of people? A factory is when there is a conveyor and everything is automated, here it is the opposite. Well okay.
All this is not important, it is important that the khinkali were mediocre, there was little meat and almost no broth. Ugh.

No matter how you lower the bar for the perception of Georgian service, but the bottom has been broken in this institution.
We carried the dorado for 40 minutes, which was raw in the end. At the very end, a salad with mushrooms was brought, and shrimp was ordered. As a result, I asked for dessert, poked the waiter right in the window, but after 15 minutes there was no dessert. But the bill was brought in a minute! What good fellows!
It's just a caper, I don't recommend it

I visited the restaurant for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! Khinkali is just magic here! Juicy minced meat in a thin dough, incredibly tasty. And I was also pleased with the variety of dishes from Turkish cuisine - each dish just melts in my mouth. I will definitely come back here again to try even more goodies!

It's a pity that we didn't read the reviews before we stayed for dinner here😓 we sat out the wait for a long time despite the fact that the table was dirty all this time and the floor was sticky😖 we were asked to recommend a barbecue - they said that pork would be the juiciest, well OK...they brought it, the portion is probably not less😅 and did not expect this at all from the Georgian institution, but it turned out to be for the best, there was no juiciness, even less, of the 4 pieces exactly one was still chewable, and the rest were hard... a friend tried several times to remind me about the wine, they carried it for another 15 minutes...ordered hominy - I wonder how she ate it all stuck together and barely covered with cheese on top... in general, a nightmare and not dinner😖😖😖 as a result, my friend became ill at night, an ambulance was called - by all signs rotovirus, I similarly caught up with her in the morning 🤢🤢🤢 people in this institution are afraid to assume how food is prepared ☝️☝️☝️ sanitary and epidemiological surveillance is crying for them☝️☝️☝️ Be careful🚫 🚫 🚫

Unfortunately, the names do not justify themselves: khinkali had to wait 40 minutes. What kind of factory is this?! The khinkali tasted very salty-peppery and not tasty. Usually, bad cooks mask stale raw materials and poor quality meat with abundant salt and spices. It's a pity - the place is pretty and the rest of the dishes (chikhirtma, salad, adjaruli) I liked them there. But if you want delicious khinkali, I do not recommend this place, most likely you will be disappointed.

Terrible khinkali, I've never tasted worse. Inside, the dough is one solid piece that you can't bite together with the dough. The meat itself is undercooked, and inside the khinkali "meat snot" after cooking, as it happens on top of the water when the meat is cooked. It's very disgusting. They didn't eat them. They asked to deduct the service for an inedible dish. We were refused. Although we didn't eat the khinkali completely, we only tried one.
The kebab was also undercooked, all pink and not chewed, the potatoes were peppered with it.
There is a separate topic about maintenance fees. 13%, although the prices in the cafe are above average (which does not correspond to the quality), the dishes are absolutely not edible. And the service ... probably only in Moscow in establishments it is customary for the waiter to pour drinks into a glass) here they will just put a decanter / bottle on the table and leave)

Khinkali is about nothing, the name does not justify. We also decided to try fried and Asian-style🤦♂️ it is impossible to eat them at all, they are very spicy. It takes a long time to wait for the dish, 30-40 minutes. I do not advise you to waste time!

Terrible service, terrible dishes, inhospitable waiters, do not smile, do not approach, do not ask for a wish. Well, a simple example, I ask the waiter's advice on choosing meat from the menu. We "chose it (meat) together for a long time." As a result, they chose "the most delicious barbecue from the menu". As it turned out, after 40 minutes so (well, let it be so! by the way, the beer was drinkable, so 1 Star for the beer)...BUT!!! at the station in Mukhosransk on the last platform they serve it better, and with a smile))) and it would be fine if the barbecue was cooked "on coals", otherwise they cook it in a frying pan))) In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for any money, you will not even be able to satisfy hunger, because a piece will not fit in your throat. A wide variety of Khinkali choices. Good reviews. But. We probably made the wrong choice. My eyes were running away, and we waited a long time for the order ( another minus), as it turned out in vain.
Khinkali with pig and shrimp + Thai sauce. Khinkali is dry, there are almost no shrimps and the taste of shrimps. The sauce is terribly salty.
Khinkali with mushrooms + Asian sauce.
Khinkali with champignons without frills, the sauce is the same soy - wildly salty. The difference between Asian and Thai sauce is only in the name.
Perhaps the classics are not bad here, but then why offer a choice if it's so-so?

A nice place with an open kitchen where khinkali is beautifully cooked. The dessert is delicious, the wine is too, but the negroni is rated below average, and one portion of the hincals seemed undercooked. I could only eat one of the 5 pieces and it spoiled the impression.
