We visited this place on 12.12.20 On this day there was an oath in a military unit nearby. Because of the employment in the Amsterdam cafe, we came to eat at the "Factory" (Borisov). Teapots with tea were brought first from the order (although we did not ask for anything to be brought immediately separately from the order). We waited 20 minutes and realized that no one would bring the teaspoons-I went to get them myself. I was given 1 for four, there was no more (let me remind you: this is during the pandemic period, 1 spoon for four). We waited for the order for 1 hour. The salad arrived. The cook decided to replace the ingredients in it without notifying us at his discretion. For example: he replaced the mushrooms with mushrooms. Instead of beans, he put a double dose of fried carrots and onions, and did not bother to put crackers at all. The result was a very greasy salad. It was necessary to eat it with bread, it was included in the order. However, no one brought bread, so I went to get it myself. The only delicious dish was mashed soup with mushrooms. When we ordered 4 cappuccinos, we were again offered to settle for 1 spoon for four.
To summarize: just as when transferring for a car, I cannot transfer Belarusian rubles instead of dollars to the importer (replace beans with carrots), you also have no right to do so. It's just that I work on a large scale (cars), you work on a small scale (food).
I suppose you understand who I'm writing for? Not for your waitresses, who were smiling shyly, because they are hostages of this situation. I am writing for those who are the founders of this company. There are good words, "Be faithful in small things, you will be put above many things."..Start with the basics-buy spoons...
P.S. Screw in a light bulb in the women's toilet, otherwise it feels completely humiliating to "do things"...

I ordered a glass of wine, the waitress came up four times and said that they didn't have one or the other. The staff is slow, like sleepy flies, rude and rude. In order to place an order, you need to literally jump up at the table and draw attention to yourself. When ordering pizza for the company, we had to additionally ask them to bring plates and utensils for everyone and napkins.
