We rested for 3 days in July with a company of 4 people, lived in a room with a shared kitchen for two rooms. We really liked it, the owners are friendly, the territory is beautiful and well-groomed, there is an opportunity to park a car, the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the room is spacious and clean. The sea is about 1.5 km away, you can ride bicycles if someone else does not pick them up earlier) we once rode them to Ldzaa. The nearest shop is about an 8-minute walk away, if I'm not mistaken, the rest are closer to the beach. In general, we definitely recommend it

The family had a rest of 2 adults and 3 children. Clean, own kitchen (for 2 rooms). We organized a transfer from the border to the State Duma. Armen takes you on excursions (you discuss payment with him). It took 20 minutes to get to the sea, we walked quietly with a 2-year-old child, although we brought a stroller with us, we never used it. You can buy vegetables, delicious tangerine juice, compote, jam from the owners.....
BUT....Armen charges 1,500 for the transfer, and the women in their family 2,000.
Tip: agree among yourselves for what amount you will arrange the transfer.

We had a family vacation in July. It is very cozy and comfortable. Many thanks to the administrator. There are more such responsive people in the world.and special thanks to the owner, they took us on excursions to New Athos and to Stalin's dacha on the Rizza, and even they organized a discount for jumping from a paroplane. Very pleasant. We will definitely come.I recommend

We had a great rest, the room is simply magnificent, high ceilings, new, large kitchen, soft beds, air conditioning. They were accepted as relatives, a great attitude. Many thanks to Armen for the guided tours. All relatives help with any questions. If we go to the sea again, then only to Alakhadzy and again to the same place in Ava. The beach is not filled with people, if anyone likes a quiet holiday, then go to Alakhadzy.

Very good hosts! The yard is very clean and cozy, the landscaping is done just for 5+. It's a 20-minute walk to the sea, but we went by car to Pitsunda. We have made a choice for ourselves - where we will go on vacation

We rested in this place in July 2021.
. We really liked it there-starting from the furniture in the room (everything is very cozy and thought out, made and furnished) and ending with our favorite gazebo, in which it is very pleasant to spend time! The hosts are very pleasant, kind and positive people who were always ready to suggest and help..everything is clean and tidy! It's true that it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea, but it didn't bother at all. Thank you for a pleasant stay

We had a rest in June 2021. I liked everything. Hospitable hosts. Cozy rooms with amenities (toilet, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi). Well-maintained, well-groomed territory.Inexpensive. You can buy food, wine, homemade preparations, etc. from the owners. The rest with these kind, simple people left only positive impressions. We recommend it.

Clean, well maintained, lots of greenery.
We took a "Guest room" to spend the night (1700r.) 2 adults + 2 teenagers.
We agreed in advance. We were greeted warmly, saw off warmly.
Because they did not take food with them, they remained hungry, they did not even drink tea. But of course this is more our fault.
It is advisable to take cash to Abkhazia, not plastic.

We had a rest in August 2019. I liked everything very much. The rooms are clean, the furniture and the bed are new, the rooms are comfortably equipped with a shower, toilet, refrigerator. We are absolutely delighted, we didn't even want to leave, we plan to return to this guest house next year!

Lovely new rooms with good renovation and refrigerators. Cozy territory, beyond praise: gazebos, barbecue, pond, pen with rabbits - the children have played enough😂 We highly recommend it
