1. These are not regular flights, i.e. you will be queuing with regular cars, and not as a regular bus. There is no priority. Only if the driver somehow fits in, then it will probably pass as a regular bus. The ticket states that this is a transfer. And the ticket does not specify the place, type of transport and place of departure.
2. If you paid for a ticket for a month of travel and wished to hand it over immediately, then you lose 25%. And this is if there is more than 3 days left before the trip. Less than 3 days, 40% loss.
After reading the latest reviews, you can conclude that the carrier has problems with the place of departure and there is a high probability that the flight may be canceled.
I will not advertise other aggregators of transportation services here, but there are no penalties for refusing a trip.
The only bright place is communication with the call center, a correct conversation without unnecessary emotions.
A ticket was purchased on 04.03 on the Minsk-Warsaw route for one price, on 05.03 I receive a message that the carrier's tariffs have changed and we ask you to pay extra, although the offer agreement stipulates that the cost of the order is generated by the web service and announced in principle at the time of placing the order and before paying for it. And as an alternative, only a refund.
It's just disgusting. Flight on July 11, 2024 from Vilnius to Minsk. There are no phones in the e-ticket at ALL. And the place of arrival is indicated by a friendly one near the Dorors store. We arrived to meet them in advance, although there was no hope that they would arrive earlier than the specified time. After roasting in the sun for half an hour and sensing something was wrong, we decided to call. It turned out that they had been arriving at the bus station nearby since some July. We ran there, but there were no signs of the bus near the indicated platform by the dispatcher, as well as our passenger, who was out of touch (the German SIM card did not work). After another call with the dispatcher, she reports that she cannot reach the driver, but an hour ago he was somewhere in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. As a result, a tearful teenage passenger without communication found kind people who gave us a call from their Russian number to inform us that we had been waiting for an hour with huge luggage on platform 15 of the bus station, since the driver arrived on time, lingering only for 15 minutes (this is the only positive moment for the entire trip for the passenger that the driver was friendly and agreed quickly at the border). But as the dispatcher does not know at all that the driver has already arrived and takes us to platform 11 instead of 15 (and the bus station is not so small and there is just a mountain of buses and minibuses, and it is just very crowded). In short, there are so many nerves for a newly arrived teenager who has not been to his homeland for two years simply because of the lack of organization of the company and disregard for his customers. I will never recommend this company
