For an apparently new hotel with 4 stars, too many things off. In the room window was broken, water in the sink didn’t go down, towels were dirty and wet when we arrived, and bathroom wall tiles were left dirty after the previous occupants, bathroom ceiling covered in wet stains.
Staff were nice and kind.

A nice, clean hotel with a fresh renovation, we were in Yerevan from 11.05 to 05/18/2024. There is a choice of rooms of various sizes at an affordable price. The room was cleaned efficiently and daily. We lived in a spacious two-room room with a kitchenette... With a built-in hob, refrigerator and extractor hood... Even the bar was equipped with dishes and appliances, the only drawback is if there is a kitchen with a hob, then there must be at least one frying pan and saucepan.
The breakfast is excellent in the spacious restaurant. It is possible to take full board with lunch and dinner, we took only breakfast, as every day was scheduled for excursions.
The menu is quite varied for breakfast, eggs in various variations, sometimes potatoes and pasta, even lentils, sausages, cheese, sausage, sujuk, basturma, desserts and so on, vegetables and fruits. My husband had a round date, he was solemnly congratulated with a cake and champagne.
The hostess is a very pleasant and responsive person, she reacted to requests with lightning speed. Respect and respect.
It is not located in the very center, but there is a metro nearby, a taxi to the center from 700 to 1000 drams (170-250 rubles) , there is a supermarket nearby

The hotel is good, the staff is helpful. Everything you need is in the room.
The windows in the rooms are large, but they cannot be opened - only the air conditioner will be able to ventilate the room.
The breakfasts at the hotel are not bad, the dishes were changed daily during our stay.
A strange nuance, for which there is a minus one star:
One day the maid did not come to us, because we hung up the "do not enter" icon. In the evening, we asked to bring us water, and we were offered to buy water for 500 Drams.
This policy seemed very strange to us - water is bought based on the number of rooms, why do you need to pay extra?
The staff eventually gave in and did not demand money, but the negotiations themselves on such a topic were strange.

The hotel is on solid +3, the rooms are clean, lots of towels, but the pillows are not very comfortable. Also in the room there is one remote control for two TVs, and one remote control for three air conditioners. Which is not very convenient. Breakfast is limited, and repeats every day. Porridge should be ordered, and coffee is only instant. There are also not enough tables in the "hot" time. I wish there was a shoe spoon in the room.
The staff is very helpful, helps to solve all issues. Tea and coffee in the room are free of charge.
In general, if you don't find fault too much, then it's a good hotel.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning at 9 o'clock. We were told that the rooms were ready and, in principle, we could check in. Which we did, paying for 10 days of our stay.
On the day of departure on July 24, we were told that it turns out that we still need to pay extra money for "early check-in".
Why wasn't this mentioned on the first day?
Why is payment requested on different days? I am silent about the fact that in other hotels in different countries they do not ask for additional payments for early check-in at all

We stayed with friends at this hotel. The rooms are decent, cleaning every day. But, very poor breakfasts. And coffee is hardly coffee. Disgusting. But in the bar there is a normal coffee for payment. I had to go to other places for breakfast.

I liked the hotel. We came to Yerevan for the weekend for the first time, looked at the hotel, there were no reviews, took a chance after seeing that the hotel was new and did not lose, cool new, cozy rooms, breakfasts, friendly admins, liked everything and the sights and the center are not far away. Yandex Taxi is convenient in Yerevan, mir cards are accepted almost everywhere.
