Nice house. A large courtyard. It's a pity that there is only one entrance to the courtyard. The location of the entrance to the courtyard is not very convenient. Taxi drivers usually try to drop you off on the other side of the house.

Very good location, wide entrances, a variety of apartment layouts, there are entrances where there are only two apartments on the site, as well as up to 5 apartments on the site. Unfortunately, the developers do not allow to install air conditioning, they refer to GASK. And there are also some problems with the facade of the house. And so I like everything, a beautiful courtyard, a great Playground.
