The salon is very beautiful, stylish, clean, pleasant aroma, cozy atmosphere — there are no complaints about the place itself, everything is on top.
I made an appointment in advance, with master Andrey on the recommendation of a friend. I immediately sent a photo of the haircut I wanted, and asked if I could get a haircut the same way. The master confidently wrote — yes.
On the day of recording, I showed the photo again, separately drew attention to the daring bangs and asked if it would fit on my hair structure. He confirmed again that everything would be fine.
As a result, the bangs were cut shorter, and I didn't do any styling at all — I just dried my hair with a hair dryer. When I asked him to do the styling (I was filming), he refused, saying that it was “the last century” and “you will be like a grandmother.”
I tried to explain that styling is important, this is exactly the image I wanted in the photo — especially since if everything had worked out, I would have been happy to visit him every week before filming.
The master began to get indignant, said that I was “such a one-in-a-thousand client”, that “one-in-one does not happen”, “you have a different hair structure”, “why do you need such a haircut if you can't style it yourself”... To which I replied: “What are you for? I will come to you for styling!”
After that, I issued an invoice — 500 thousand amounts. I replied that the haircut was not done as agreed, the styling was not done at all, and I paid 50%.
She left with tears. It is a pity that, for all the beauty of the salon, the attitude towards the client turned out to be like this. If you're not sure of the result, why take a job at all?
P.S. I washed my hair carefully and with a delicious-smelling shampoo and conditioner. Thank you for that
