The service is excellent with home delivery. However, the parcel receiving office is a complete mess! The queue, people receive incomprehensible delivery notifications. The boxes are piled up, there is no passage, they are looking, picking at the boxes, they don't really know where everything is. They obviously do not know and do not understand how to organize the receipt, storage and distribution of parcels.

It is indicated that it works until 19:00, after the parcel can be received only until 5 pm. I find the attitude as a user of services disgusting.
