It's a disgusting job. The parcel from China to Kostanay arrived in 20 days, and it lay in the office in Kostanay for 11 days before being handed over to the courier for delivery. At the same time, two days earlier I wanted to pick it up myself, to which they replied that they had delivery to the address.... And you can't pick it up yourself.
never send through this courier service, the delivery was from Almaty to Kostanay region for 3000 tenge. At first, the parcel lay in the Kostanay branch for 9 days, then they handed over the parcel through hell knows who, they had to pick it up from someone at home themselves
