Faced with FRAUD ! Yesterday we decided to exchange 10,000 rubles for a trial . The money was transferred , the code for withdrawal at the cashier came in 4 minutes . We immediately applied in the chat for a new application with a transfer of 27,900 rubles . The manager shared other details in the chat and instructed in the comments to the translation to write not the application number , but a different seven - digit set of numbers . Transferred . We waited at the exchanger for 1.5 hours , and after a while we left to wait at the hotel . Before midnight , we wrote to the chat in the WhatsApp app , to the chat in the browser . All unsuccessfully , they replied that the transfer had not yet been received . We contacted the bank , the operator confirmed the transfer and informed that it was delivered to the sender within half an hour . I am writing this review the next morning. There was no feedback from this company .
