Today, my father, due to the large flow of people and queues at regular cash desks, was forced to serve himself. Since there was not a single cashier - controller in this area, he had to go outside the cash register with two types of goods in order to get advice on carrying out the goods at my cash register, where I was standing with my a small child and a stroller. After that, I nevertheless received an unfriendly consultation from an employee, and the seller of the 5th category, Avira M. A., when calculating funds, began to publicly shame my father in front of all other customers, accusing him of theft, thereby insulting his honor and dignity (watch the surveillance cameras from 02/22/2025, time 14.05-14.15). This is despite the fact that he was a regular customer at this store. My father had no malicious intent in stealing the goods, as he held them openly and did not take them outside the store, as evidenced by the video cameras. When asked by the seller Avira M. A. to provide a Book of complaints and suggestions, they were refused. If they hadn't been in a hurry to take a small child home, they would have had to call the police to voluntarily hand over the book. I ask you to take appropriate measures to this employee and have a conversation about customer service standards. Unfortunately, the service in this store leaves much to be desired, the sellers are unfriendly, inactive, boorish.When choosing a store, I will make a choice in favor of another one. I would also not recommend visiting it to all my friends and family.

The whole impression of this store was spoiled by the seller from the meat and sausage departments, Tatyana A. Verkhovyna. With all his appearance and communication with customers, he shows his discontent, neglect, and hatred of customers. The woman at home wanted to take half of a large piece of brisket, Verkhovyna T. did not even really show the product, plopped it on her board and with a dissatisfied face asked which part she would take, and the woman did not know which part she would take because she did not really see the brisket, and did not see through the counter, she had to go a little behind the counter to try to choose what she would like to buy and eat for her money, and Verkhovyna T. at this moment already begins to raise her voice at the woman, trying to get her to take a product without a choice for her own money, shouting that she absolutely everything is the same. Then I couldn't stand it and stood up for the woman, told her that if they chose for themselves, then they would see the difference, why then a woman can't choose what she likes. Then it was my turn, I asked for 1 kg of minced meat, it turned out to be 0.95 kg, it's okay, it's clear that it won't be possible to weigh everything evenly as the buyer asks. Verkhovyna T. asks me if I should report, I say no and accompanied her wish with a negative nod of her head to the side, she also takes and reports the minced meat to me. I am absolutely calmly saying that you are not even listening and do not want to hear what is being asked of you. Verkhovyna T. in response began to shout at me that I had come to quarrel. I'm sorry, I didn't come to quarrel, but to buy with my money what I like. She left the store upset, in a bad mood. It is a pity that because of such a seller as Verkhovyna T., the impression of the store has deteriorated!
