Uzbek "mini -McDonald's" can rightfully be called such, but there is one "but" that applies to Borovsky's Evos - confidence in the already established success of the Evos brand and thus there is not always quality control of cooking and there is some relaxation of the staff - at moments of a huge number of customers, shawarma and lavash are given out in a warm , not fried , as well as French fries are often just cold. There is also no toilet in Borovsky's Evos (or it is simply hidden from visitors). As for the toilets in other Evos, some biased visitors resent the hole in the floor, but this is not the point for the diner).
Nevertheless, we should be glad that a centralized network of snack bars with an already established corporate ideology has emerged in Uzbekistan.

They took pita bread with beef. Very greasy, they didn't spare the mayonnaise. Both my wife and I have torn pita bread. Perhaps because the pita bread sticks to the paper. I attach a photo where the whole bottom of the lavash just stuck. Well, while I was eating, I also had to tear off the paper from the pita bread.
