The BC itself is not bad. Only the windows are dirty. Stained glass windows and do not wash the outside. It is not clear how much parking belongs to the Business Center. They fenced it off with a ribbon. The payment is taken from the tenants. But the question is, does this parking lot belong to the business center or was it not legally appropriated?!
