I received the call only for an invitation to the reception. It turned out that the spare part in question had been repaired (!) without my knowledge and I was charged $120 for it. In addition, some more work was done, because "it still had to be done" for about $ 50 more. On my offer to show receipts for spare parts and explain why the work was carried out without approval, it was stated that there were no receipts and "if you do not pay off, we will not give you the technical passport and keys" (now it is clear why they are asking you to hand it over). It was only after I pointed out all their mistakes (lack of work order, coordination of prices and work, acceptance certificate, cash receipt) that the car was given to me. Out of my kindness, I gave them the money that was agreed upon immediately.
Total. The service station breeds for spare parts and work, the replacement and execution of which cannot be checked, does not give checks, works completely in the black, behaves boorishly, although they are wrong. I recommend avoiding them.
