I really liked it! Great location for a relaxing holiday. There are 2 kitchens, one summer and one covered, which is very convenient. There are places to relax, sit, read or have lunch) the sea is not far away. The rooms are clean, cozy, and bright. There is something to compare it with, many people hand over anything, have already seen and know. We are very satisfied and thank you for your hospitality.

We had a rest with my wife from August 5 to 12, everything was very pleasant, quiet and peaceful!!!! The kitchen is good, the furniture in the room is all new! Natalia, who is responsible for the guest house, is a good and kind person, the territory is guarded by a huge black dog Zeus, the kindest friend of man!!!! We were by car, 4 minutes to the spring, 3 minutes to the most beautiful beach! There are few people on the beach!

The room corresponded to the moment of stay. Warm, dry, clean. The recreation area is very cozy and comfortable. The communal kitchen is clean, but the guests there followed the rules of maintenance, the owners supported its condition too. One mine and it's big, it's during the rains, and that's when we were, the approaches to the house were saddened by a large puddle on one side, which it was impossible to get around. It was possible to pass from the other side, but this is a village road with the same puddles. Nature is for moral relaxation. But in general, I recommend it.

I am very pleased that we stayed at the Eucalyptus Hotel. All living conditions are air conditioning, TV, Internet, hair dryer. The room is bright, clean and cozy. There is an excellent extractor hood in the toilet. There is a dining room and a kitchen on the territory, there are also luxury rooms, but this one pleasantly surprised us. I liked everything. Clear. Aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps the best guest house in the area. It is located 4 minutes on foot from the sea and close to a natural thermal spring - 12-15 minutes on foot. There is a private parking in the yard.

We planned to rent a "turnkey house", but we rented a large room in a detached wooden house on the second floor. There is a shared kitchen on the 1st floor, which brings some inconvenience to those living on the 2nd floor. The guests have different daily routines, respectively, they could not sleep in the morning, the noise in the kitchen interferes. The territory is clean and well maintained. The territory is guarded by a friendly, customer-oriented, large doggie. There are no questions about the cleanliness of the room, bed linen, everything is fine. Many thanks to Natalia for her care, attention, cleanliness and pleasant communication. The sea and thermal springs are very close.

The pool wants to be cleaner and better. Green warm and hot water is not cleaned in any way. Transparent water flows from above (for massage). It was also wild to look at people who rub themselves with mud, especially their face.... our pigs bathe in such mud. I've been there 2 times and just for the sake of a massage from above, I didn't go into the pool.....

Upon arrival, the caretaker of the house, Jeanne, charged us 4 thousand less.We were glad, so the owner admitted his guilt after all.
Almost at the end of the vacation, the same Jeanne informs us that a mistake has occurred and we owe another 4 thousand. We are non-confrontational people, we silently gave it away.
Jeanne began to tell the newcomers about us that we had deceived her. It was very unpleasant. We did not expect such hospitality for our money.
We talked to the newly arrived women and found out that they have the same story with money. Booked for one amount, and then announced another. That's how they fool us. And this Jeanne put them on the bed without changing the linen of the previous tenants. Explaining this by the fact that the weather is damp and the laundry does not dry. Here is a vacation in eucalyptus.
The rooms are not cleaned, linen and towels are not changed.

Here they announced to us from the doorstep that 2500 rubles per day is not interesting to them, we need to take at least three. The next house said the same thing. I did not expect this from Abkhazia. In Russia, a room for 2000-2500 rubles is easy to find, but in Kyndyg it turns out to be too cheap.)))) We went to a boarding house that was nearby - a eucalyptus grove. Let it be 4800 rubles per day, but with three meals a day for three people and no one sets conditions for you.

The price - quality does not match, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and you do not want to breathe raptor, because you come to breathe fresh air. The refrigerator is not monitored, a smell appears from spoiled food. The rooms are not cleaned, they have never been cleaned in 7 days. The TV in the room did not work, they turned to the hostess several times, a fool. The hostess is rude, I do not recommend this house. It is better to live in Sukhumi, from there every half hour the bus goes to the source, housing prices are affordable, and cheaper and civilization.

He lived in the "Eucalyptus Guest House" on July 16-19, 2019.
I liked it: The alternative room was "more expensive" (according to our words) and, with the exception of the lack of a bathtub, had a very decent appearance:
respectable furniture, plumbing; the presence of a sufficient number of sockets and an anti-mosquito fumigator; a huge number of channels on cable TV + a convenient player on TV; the balcony floor is covered with mosaics; excellent Wi-Fi. The beach (medium pebbles) is 200 meters away; almost deserted; you can drive a car directly to the water! Hot (freshwater) spring - 5 minutes on foot - equipped with three pools of different temperatures!
Disadvantages: Upon arrival, the "hostess Zoya" had to prove that the settlement of my family (me, my daughter of 7 months, my wife and her goddaughter of 14 years) was today, not tomorrow (and she refused to read letters from Booking.com letters with the reservation number and receipts of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on the payment of the reservation, as well as to make decisions on check-in and collection money for accommodation without the consent of the owner of the hotel). Then, on the phone, the nephew of the owner of the hotel had to tell the date of the prepayment. Our room was occupied (until tomorrow) and temporarily placed in another (without a bath), in which no one even swept. As it turned out later, no one lived in "his" room! You cannot leave the hotel after 21:00 (the door is locked). The washing machine is paid (100 rubles / time; it is not in the room); air conditioning without night mode.
