In winter, I definitely do not recommend these apartments. It was so cold in the room, I thought I was going to freeze to the bed, washing up is like having a cold. They told me to turn on the heater, turned on all the lights went out, at almost 12 a.m. I had to get dressed, go around the house from the outside and call the administrator, and the switch turned out to be in the next room.
