I really liked the hotel. They were before the pandemic, from March 8 to March 15, 2020. (The pandemic was announced on 11.03)The price and quality are beyond praise. Excellent location. Any decent beach is just around the corner. We had a two-room apartment with a kitchen, oven, all utensils. Peace and quiet

Clean rooms, 2-room family rooms with a large balcony. The rooms have a kitchenette, which often helped out. It takes 15 to 30 minutes to get to the beaches where you can swim. The hotel has a Russian chef, so you should not count on exotic dishes, mashed potatoes with a cutlet are our everything, the quality of food is almost "like at home"!!!

Nice hotel. It seemed to me that he was pulling 3 stars, although he seemed to be 4⭐️.
Disadvantages of the hotel : 1) very few rooms overlook the sea, but we were lucky - there was room 103. 2) there was not a single tiny bottle of water in the room upon arrival:(after the flight, I was madly thirsty, and we were very tired, instead of going to bed we went in search of water. 3) very loud music in the pool bar sometimes until 1 a.m. : (this is monstrous, because there is no sound insulation in the rooms at all. 4) there is no fruit for breakfast. At all. But there is a lot of bread and butter . 5) it is very far to the nearest beach - we took a car.
The advantages of the hotel : 1) Clean. The room is well cleaned. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
2) There is a kitchen. There are enough dishes.
3) They gave me a phone charger :)
4) Cool underground free cool parking.
5) A large white number.

An ordinary hotel with a swimming pool and ordinary rooms. The pool is under the scorching sun, there is no canopy. Therefore, it is impossible to swim in it during the day. The gym is cramped, with a small number of simulators. The rooms are ordinary. On the plus side, the room has a balcony. I had a balcony overlooking the embankment and a piece of the sea. The beach, where you can swim, is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfasts are meager. There are few fruits and not much choice. It's a normal option for a budget holiday, but I think you can find a better one.

The supposedly 4* hotel should not have an additional fee for air conditioning, deposits for remote controls. During the week, towels and bed were changed 1 time, the floors were wiped every day, but with something sticky.. shampoos and gels - 1 small jar at a time. In the morning, the music by the pool is very loud, like at a rock concert, at night after 11 it is also not turned off. If you have a sea view, then it is very noisy from the road from cars, and the sea is not really visible. For food - for breakfast tasteless scrambled eggs, toast, cheap ham and sausages, vegetable salad, something from cereals, milk, powdered juice and coffee. fruits include oranges and unripe necrarines. For lunch or dinner - soup (borscht ahahah!) fish or chicken with rice and vegetables (no, not a buffet, but they bring ready-made plates). Not the best value for money - I think I would pay 2 times less to Turkey for this.

The number of positive reviews is questionable. The hotel is not ice, the staff is responsive, because they know all their joints! The rooms are dirty! Ants and as it turned out, this is the norm for this place. Nightmare. (((. Towels are changed every 3 days! And how the floors are "washed". The horror!!!!! You can walk in street shoes.

Great hotel! Do not forget that this is a 4* apartment, not a 4* hotel. Dinner or lunch is given "what the cook will cook". The buffet is only for breakfast and the choice is modest. But there are a lot of cafes around! Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. Pleasant music was always playing by the pool. The sea is right close and If you don't want a crowd of people, then there is a great place. You can also easily get to any sandy beach in 7 minutes. But there are a lot of people there. There are no complaints about the hotel at all!

Nice hotel. Very large rooms, clean well. There are newer rooms with new conduits, doors, we lived in the old one. But everything works. Nothing superfluous. The linen is more or less clean, towels were changed every day. We were on New Year's holidays. No additional payment or deposit was taken for remotes, adapters, or a safe. The staff is very helpful. We haven't tasted the food. The location is convenient: close to shops, bus stop, 7 minutes walk to the beach

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, daily cleaning. We had a studio apartment type room. There is a kettle, a toaster, all necessary utensils, a cooktop in the room. Air conditioning, TV. Ask for an iron at the reception.
Minus - at least a small bottle of dishwashing detergent in the room. It's inconvenient to buy a whole bottle for a few days and you can't take it with you on the plane.

Modestly, but there is everything for recreation. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. The beds are solid without bumps and dips. With water without interruptions. The technique is modest but clean and works well. I especially liked the free high-speed Wi-Fi, free air conditioning and a TV with Russian speakers.

There was a foreign smell in the room. The toilet was not cleaned. There was paper and a dirty floor. When asked to change the room, they said there were no places.. After the scandal, they offered a room below the classroom, a simple studio, we would have agreed to it, but the room was very, very smoky. With a child, especially not an option. The receptionist who met us was arrogant and ill-mannered. He met us with a cigarette in his mouth.. He claimed that we were lying and the room was not smoky, although he refused to go there himself. We stayed in a smelly room.. The maid came and cleaned the toilet and wiped the floor in the room, then we realized what the stench was. It stank of sour rags and detergents were apparently not used or very economical. We washed the floors ourselves after buying everything we needed at the nearest store. And they asked us not to clean our room at all. But after 2 days, we were "refreshed" again, the stench is terrible ...
From 7:00-8:00 in the morning, the knock of an iron bucket will wake you up daily. And if you are "lucky" like us, and you will be in the building above the parking lot, then in addition to the noisy bucket from the corridor through the window, you will hear dirty laundry being dumped from the windows in large garbage bags. The roar is like something exploding. Overall, the hotel is very, very dirty. It's just trash in the parking lot.. And the squashed cockroach lay on the steps at the entrance to the korus for 7 days! One evening, the sewer ran out from under the sink. The same receptionist said that the maids had left until the morning and there was no locksmith either. The stench is all over the room, the headset is flooded with water. Under the pretext that their headset would deteriorate and swell because of the water, they forced him to come to the room anyway. He wiped the sewer water with TOWELS and plugged the pipe. This is a service!)
But there are still advantages here.
The location, you can walk along the streets on foot, although we were by car and the second plus is a good water pressure. The best pressure in all my travels in 25 countries of the world. That's it)

The hotel is good. We got there when there were a lot of drunk and noisy English youth. It is located on the main street. To a good beach only by transport. cleaning 1 time in 2-3 days, towels were really changed every day, two sets were left for each
food- breakfast is monotonous , dinner is portioned, there is no fruit at all
it takes almost an hour to get to the nearest beach
and a "super" court with a huge MINUS sign!
