The hotel corresponds to its 3*. The location is good, there is a small beach with a bar. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby. There is enough food, you will not be hungry, the range of food is not large. An economy class hotel. The animation is good, there is not enough Turkish flavor and music. You can listen to foreign and Russian songs at home. I had a rest twice at this hotel, the staff is dedicated, well done. They don't speak Russian, but you can communicate.🤗

We had a rest at Eva Beach Hotel together with my wife. We have already visited similar hotels in Turkey before. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as there is something to compare it with
Positive:
- we were late for dinner, but they left us and fed us;
- the room was given a 3-bed room, although we booked a 2-bed room;
- the room is clean and tidy, almost everything works, including air conditioning;
- there was shower gel, soap;
- it's not noisy;
- the dining room is clean, tablecloths on the tables;
- the food is fresh, there is enough for everyone;
- the staff is polite, helpful; some understand Russian;
- your beach is close, there are free sun loungers and drinks on the beach, they let you swim on the beach of the neighboring hotel, where there are no waves;
- free Wi-Fi in the lobby;
- the elevator was working properly
Minuses:
- the lock in the front door of the room did not work well;
- the hot water was running out in the evening;
- your beach is not well maintained;
- you can't swim on your beach without coral slippers.
- a small assortment of second courses, fruits are very rare, there was a watermelon 1 time in a week

Advantages : proximity to the sea and price. Everything else is cons. The hotel is dead, needs renovation. The food is poor, semi-finished meat products, water from the cooler, and the cooler is poured from the tap. The beach is not equipped, rocky, you can get hurt, everyone goes swimming on the beach of the neighboring hotel. The sun beds are broken, the umbrellas are torn (see photo) but even under such an umbrella they sunbathe, there are no others. The main contingent is Russian pensioners, some of them even like this hotel. Animation in the style of entertain yourself. Animator Dima smokes something on the sidelines there, and then vigorously dances instead of tourists.

we were in 2019, the hotel corresponds to its price, clean, cozy, quiet, yes, the territory is small, but there is everything you need, a pool with slides, tennis, billiards, sauna, animation in moderation to give people a rest, all programs until 23:00, then if anyone wants to continue, there is a service "to the disco", they will take you away and bring you, and people with children relax, and do not suffer all night), the owner is always there, the food is ordinary, no one went hungry, you can walk to the market and buy everything you want more, the sea is nearby, the same as for 5 stars, that for this hotel. In general, price / quality, for a relaxing holiday, no frills.

We were at a disco in this hotel. The music is great, the DJ is great. We lived next to each other in the five, there was a nonsense animation in the evening. We don't know the hotel itself.

The hotel was renamed Eva beach hotel. We stayed at this hotel from 08.08.23 to 08/15/2023. The overall rating of the hotel is 3. The hotel itself looks modest, the territory of the hotel is limited to a summer dining room and a small swimming pool. The room has a TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe. Everything is in working order. The room was cleaned every day, cleaning means mopping the floors and taking out the garbage. Bed linen and towels have not been changed for us even once. Initially, towels, bed linen and mattress are stained. The pool in the hotel is clean, there is even a slide. The hotel has its own beach, but we expected more, the beach is very small, the approach is inconvenient, on the left there is a breakwater, on the right there is a Pier of another hotel, strong waves are created. You can go to the nearby beach, there is a clean sand. During the week of our stay, we ate one salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, potatoes or pasta, sausages and bread. The food is quite meager and monotonous. Of the fruits, only an unripe watermelon. The only thing we liked was the dessert table. The hotel has a bar, four types of juice, cola, sprite and fanta are available. From alcohol, beer, wine, whiskey. The wine is bad, the beer is the cheapest, the whiskey is pretty good. There is also a bar on the beach, where they offer more snacks, usually potatoes and sausages. The location of the hotel is not very good, it is very far to the markets and the center of Alanya, you can walk to the local outlet, but it is also far away. The staff is friendly. The hotel has animation until 23:00, there is billiards. In general, it's not bad for a budget holiday.

The rooms are tired, there is no cleaning at all. There is no beach. One of the advantages is the Russian disco. The sea is nearby. The beach is dead, we swam at the Aria hotel. We won't go any more. I don't recommend it.

The hotel is three stars! The food is sufficient, there are a lot of greens, watermelons, oranges, olives, etc. The sea is nearby for 5 minutes. There is a bar on the beach from the hotel. The beach is small, the rods are in abundance. Going out to sea is a bit unfortunate because of the large stones. But the beach is super nearby. It was allowed to swim, but only to swim without using sun loungers.

I do not recommend the hotel.Firstly, the hotel has no access to the sea, there is no private beach, and the photos posted on the hotel's website belong to another hotel and do not correspond to reality.This is a huge disadvantage of the hotel.Secondly, the wild animation in the hotel- the music rumbles from morning to late at night.If you want to go to bed according to your time zone or take a nap at a quiet hour, don't even dream.We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and hardly slept at all from the word. On the positive side, I can mention the good food, the very friendly attitude of the staff towards us and the work of the massage therapist Haiko.I wish him good luck.Let the goals he is striving for be real to him.A very good impression was made by the young boss- the owner of the hotel and his deputies. They live in a hotel and eat at the same table with tourists.There is no discrimination against Russians! I wish the hotel prosperity and decent tourists.

The hotel is now called Holiday line beach. It was from 29.05 to 12.06.2019. The hotel is newly renovated, clean. They cleaned it every day. Polite staff. The owner stays at the hotel all the time.
The food is always fresh. There was chicken or fish every day. The only fruits were apples and watermelons. There were oranges a couple of times.
To go to Kanakly or Alanya by bus. A bus passes by the hotel three times a day and gathers tourists. Or you can walk to the highway and sit down there.
Nice hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room, air conditioning works, a sense of home comfort, clean pool. Cons there are few fruits, in warm countries I would like more. The hotel fully justifies 3*, you can put 3+. If you don't stay in the hotel all the time, you won't like it. And if you go on excursions, go for a walk. That's the very thing.

A shabby hotel. Poor monotonous food. The linen is changed once, on the day of departure. Those who got here at first are in shock, some cry hysterically. Everyone dreams of returning home and ripping off the head of the travel agent who dropped them here. I'm especially sorry for the poor devils with children. There is no food, the sea is constantly beating a wave, you can only go from the pier. The hotel plunges into darkness in the evening, as they save on electricity. I would never advise anyone to relax in this hole of Konakli, in this hotel, we called him Vitalikbich.)
