A wonderful hotel, the location is amazing, the staff is beyond praise! There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Everyone is ready to help with any question, everyone is very friendly and nice. Super! I love this hotel.

Check-in at 16:00 is a big minus, it is very inconvenient.
The reception is very, very slow. Because of this, there are always queues. But this is not only in this hotel, but in general in their Eurostar network (I was not lucky enough to stay at their hotel in Valencia).
The numbers are normal. Meals (breakfast) so-so.
In general, I did not like it.
