I used the Europcar in Armenia for the first time, before that I often borrowed from them in the Russian Federation. We were well met, everything was explained. There were questions about a number of working points in the process, and in the end everything was resolved. I recommend it to everyone. Today, the issue of collateral was finally resolved, it turns out that despite the write-off of the amount in my bank statement, the money actually did not leave the bank. Therefore, I never saw their return. But it took more than a month to find out, because my bank needed an unblocking document. The fact that it costs you 10,000 drams was unexpected, but it is better to include this point in the contract template in advance so that customers do not invent too much. I am glad that the bank met him halfway even without him, even if not quickly.

The car is in good technical condition, clean, with a full tank. The price is affordable. Convenient location of the office in the center. For a car in Yerevan-here, I recommend it

I tried to use the services for the second time in July, the first time in May of this year - everything was fine and the car and the treatment of the staff, this time ...
Having ordered a car a MONTH before arrival, and the planned trip to Armenia was connected with my wife's birthday, on the eve of a trip on a rented beautiful crossover in a serious international company (That's what I thought)!!!! and by calling himself (suspecting something was wrong) in the evening!!! I find out that the ordered crossover (and the trip to the name day was planned specifically in the mountains) is simply NOT THERE!? And the manager of the European car in Yerevan offered it with a clear conscience... - SEDAN.
If you want to be DUMPED in a foreign country with a car rental, contact EUROPCAR in Yerevan - they will do it in the best possible way ...
I do not recommend using this company when renting a car in Armenia.
For the logisticians and the company administration, I ask you to deal with the irresponsible attitude of the staff of the Yerevan office to customers, I have seen your fleet - good cars for serious and business people, even on a business trip or on vacation. During my trips abroad, I was the first to encounter such a situation. It's very sad.
