We have been using the services of this company for a couple of years and have always been satisfied. But this summer, bought tickets from Germany to Russia. On the way back, it turned out that one of the flights (the entire route consisted of several parts) was simply missing. To get home, we had to urgently buy tickets ourselves (fortunately there was an Internet connection and the possibility of payment- otherwise we would probably have hitchhiked). The dispatcher through whom the tickets were taken first called out that there was such a bus and then told them to contact flix bus themselves for a refund. Next, she told us that her day off was ruined and blocked... then we talked with another employee. the company recommended to make a refund for the tickets again first ... i.e. contact Flixbus, to which we said that we transferred the money for the tickets directly to you... in the end, after long correspondence, the money was still returned.
