They do not respond to letters about the refund of the advance payment. Although clause 4.9 of the contract stipulates that in case it is impossible to get an appointment at the Czech Consulate before 08/31/2022, the advance payment is returned in full.

The 2019 academic year is VIP ! Upon arrival: they were met late, then with suitcases they offered to take the subway to the bus station (although they promised to take a car), there was also a late meeting in Brno, then an office, a nice conversation and an apartment. On the way, they begin to breed for bed linen (it is included in the contract), there is no iron! The clothes dryer is one for six people. The travel card was made for three days, registration with the Police for almost a month! Sightseeing tour without us (forgot to call) Phone: free SIM card full of ..., money and minutes and gigabytes ran out after the 3rd call! English under the contract began on 04.10 instead of 10.09, In short, if something is needed within the framework of the contract, then you need to go to the office every time and not the fact that they will help! after the payment, no one gives a shit about you! Going to the doctor is not possible at all, they suggest going to the pharmacy and buying medicines!!!!! Why insurance???? It was on these little things that this office seemed to earn such reviews for itself! After we figured it out ourselves, we found Russian-speaking friends who helped life get better! The study is still without complaints! Tip: push them constantly and everything will work out! P/S we haven't got to the doctor yet!

I used their services a long time ago. When this company was in its infancy. But I liked everything about them. Now the price tag in connection with several drops in the ruble is great for me. But I recommend it to those who can afford it.
