Lovely hotel, very convenient location - close to shops, ATMs, 10 minutes walk to the train station, 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. The staff is professional, everyone speaks Russian perfectly. Special thanks to the beautiful Dilara, she told me everything, guided me around the city.
The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, slippers, soap, gel, shampoo. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The beds are normal. There is a table and chairs. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends👍👍👍

Positive:
+ very nice staff, hospitable, met like family
+ convenient location to the railway station, walking distance of about 20 minutes
+ breakfast, although they write in the reviews that it may not be enough, and so on, when we were there - it was varied, and porridge and pancakes / pancakes / eggs and sliced and fruits. Instant coffee.
Unfortunately, that's it.
Cons:
- when we checked into the hotel, it was heavily smoked in the next room and when cleaning, all the flavors were drawn to our room
- in the bathtub there is a bathtub, triangular, without a curtain, when you wash the water on the floor
- the towels are soft, they were brought packed in bags, but they are like synthetics, when you wipe off they smear water on you and do not absorb.
General: the repair is not to say that it is fresh, but everything is clean, serviceable, the bed is clean, the mattress is medium-hard, not thin, it was pleasant to sleep

A new three-star hotel, everything is modern, clean. Bottled water daily. Pleasant, caring, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet. Satisfying. Salad, vinaigrette, fried eggs, sausages, samsa, etc. Tea, coffee. The only problem in almost all hotels is that there are no lamps at the beds and you have to get up and turn off the light at the door....It is not located in the center, 10 minutes by taxi, taxis are very cheap. Download Yandex go and order from anywhere in the city. The cost is 200-300 rubles from the center to the hotel. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and an alcohol store nearby.

Very nice hotel. Booked on the Island, without any problems, everything was confirmed. The room is a large two-room. Slippers, Towels, soap accessories, kettle, bottled water are all in sufficient quantity. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV in every room, air conditioning. The breakfasts are not bad. The location is convenient, near a shop, within walking distance of a cafe. We returned to them after all the rides around the country.

Excellent hotel, visited twice, checked in on arrival and after traveling to Uzbekistan, spacious two-room room, two air conditioners, two TVs, met this for the first time! The breakfasts are nothing out of the ordinary, but there is enough to eat, very friendly staff, helped with a cafe where it is delicious and inexpensive!!!

The lighting in the rooms is disgusting. It is a bright cold white light. Some of the lamps are not lit, some are flickering.
The breakfasts are not particularly tasty.
No, 2 stars is not bad.

Minuses:
1) Breakfast is made entirely of cheap products - the main disadvantage!
2) Instead of a shower, there is a bathroom, without a curtain (the entire floor is flooded after a shower)
3) The Internet is weak (but it is almost everywhere here)
4) The TV cannot be connected to a smartphone to watch at least YouTube
Positive:
1) The rooms are cozy, the sound insulation from the street is excellent (my ears are ringing from the silence)
2) The staff are smart, very nice, lovely guys!)

Unfortunately, I did not like the place categorically. Problems with hot water-there is no such thing. There are not disposable soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but a liter jar of something cheap and lumpy soap. The bed is right in front of the air conditioner. It's not so far to go to the room, that if you forget something, it's a real problem. Breakfast is not enough, if you come a little later than the beginning, then eat what's left. Instant coffee only. The staff is polite and courteous.
