A terrible separation. To open a deposit, I first waited 15 minutes in the queue, although, for example, in other banks where I work, the queue is somehow accelerated for those opening a deposit and I waited no more than 5 minutes. After that, the manager gave the printed terms of the deposit for review, which did not correspond to the information on the bank's website. I showed the conditions to the manager on the bank's page. She dug around for 5 minutes with a lost look, during which I signed some minor pieces of paper. As a result, after 20 minutes of digging, I issued a contract for signing, where the name of the deposit was indicated incorrectly, and the conditions again did not correspond to those indicated on the site. I asked to fix it, to which I received an answer that I need to write a statement of refusal of the deposit, because she has already opened it, without my signature on the contract...
