I read the reviews, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. 1. The room is certainly small, 2. There is only one cash register that works with a lunch break. The cashier checks every 100 dollar bill (I met this only here). 3. Internet programs hang up. 4. There are also long waits in the queue.
The room is small, in the warmer months, the bank's customers stand outside. The managers are professional, but the ticket office leaves much to be desired, the queue is long, the service there is slow.
