After the renovation, it became pleasant to be here, it became bright and spacious. There is one disadvantage- there are always a lot of people and you can sit in line for a long time. All the employees I've talked to speak Russian, which is great. Many issues can be resolved. Only when you come to the office, for example, you cannot close a deposit through the application for some past century. And the online version of the online bank has not been working for more than a year. So in general, the bank lags behind its brothers in the shop;))

How can a bank afford to make such mistakes?
