It's always clean. But last time I had to go back 3 times, because the girl at the checkout made a mistake, I had to go back 2 times. In general, the staff is always polite.

The department is small and cramped, only half of the managers are in the workplace, the rest of the tables are empty. the queue of 20 people is electronic, there is a queue, but the reception is somehow on a first-come, first-served basis. I lost 40 minutes and the queue did not reach. With all due respect, it gives the impression of some kind of rural cash register, in a not very good way.
