I came to the bank on 11/14/2024 at 14:10 on a cash transaction. the department was operating normally, while the cashier was absent on site. The manager at the bank said that the cashier was alone and the employee had left for lunch and would only be back in 40 minutes. When asked how the bank operates without cash transactions and why there is no substitute employee, the question remained open. To the fact that this is generally not an order, and if I hadn't asked, I would have spent a very long time in line. When asked if it was possible to file a complaint, the manager laughed at all. You will either immediately warn that you will not carry money to your bank... or 3 guards who just sit and chat "for life" could warn your customers that some functions are currently limited and unavailable to customers. Take a couple of customer service lessons from Kaspi.
