We rested from 17.09 to 23.09 , liked everything, yes , there are shortcomings, but we went to rest, not to look for cons, the rooms were clean enough, there were a couple of problems in the room, we did it in half an hour after contacting the reception , the staff is mostly Russian-speaking with rare exceptions, they cook delicious, even if not overly diverse, the territory is always they clean and keep it clean. They really do not bring water to the room, but this is not a problem, there are plenty of refrigerators with water at different points of the hotel, take as much as you want, bed linen will not be replaced without a request, but towels were changed daily, yes, there are shortcomings in cleanliness in the room, but if you do not find fault and do not look at everything under a microscope, then It is quite tolerable. The sea is clean, there are various pebbles, but my wife and I coped perfectly without aquataps, often large waves, so it won't be very comfortable with children.Every evening at 21:30 there are different shows and programs, in the afternoon there are different sports games to everyone's taste.The hotel really stands next to the road, and if you are not used to sleeping under the noise of the road, then you should ask the reception for a room with windows to the courtyard, it will be much quieter. In general, the hotel is not without drawbacks, but we went to rest and had a great rest, the cons were not significant for us, 5 with a minus.

Vacationed with my husband at this hotel in early August. A good hotel for a family holiday.There are few Russian vacationers , mostly Europeans .The staff is friendly, the rooms are cozy, the sea is clean, only the entrance to the sea is not very convenient, stones , pebbles. The food is varied , a lot of fish , a lot of fruits , cakes , pastries . There is a large swimming pool, there are two children's pools. Every day there are animations, children's and adult . Spa salon . Special thanks to Magi's girlfriend for a good massage and Fedi's manager. Bonus from the hotel, dinner at a seafood restaurant by the sea. There were also disadvantages , but we tried not to notice . We came for good emotions and we got them. A hotel for a relaxing family holiday 👍

I rested with my mother from 09/19/24 to 10/01/24
We arrived at the hotel around 12 a.m., there were no empty rooms (we had a standard room), well, this is logical because check-in is at 14-00. The receptionist speaks good Russian at the reception. I asked for a room on the ground floor, as I was vacationing with an elderly mom. Leaving our suitcases at the reception, we were immediately put on bracelets and we could already enjoy all the benefits of the hotel. The lobby area is quite spacious, with a fresh renovation, comfortable sofas. There is also a bar with drinks, we took a non-alcoholic cocktail, which is very tasty by the way. We sat down, rested and went to lunch. Then we checked into the room. They gave me a room in a bungalow.
Next, I will try to describe in detail the points.
The room was standard, on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a small porch, on the porch there were two plastic chairs, a plastic small table, a clothes dryer and later a hotel trash can for the porch was brought). The room itself is very small, two separate beds on wheels that were constantly moving, on the day of arrival there was water, pepsi, sprite, fanta in the refrigerator. The mini bar was not replenished anymore, but it was not required, because bottled water is available throughout the hotel in unlimited and large access, which is very convenient in hot Turkey. The bathroom is very spacious. But we had a jamb with the bathroom door – it wouldn't close and the shower stall was leaking. But later everything was resolved through the GUEST reception desk (very quickly). In general, the hotel has a lot of well-wishers and friendly staff.
The repair is certainly not the first freshness, but very tolerable, there are minor scuffs on the doors and surfaces of the table and bedside tables. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired.
The bed linen is perfectly white, as are the towels. By the way, towels were changed every day, bed linen every other day. I stained the bedspreads, leaving 1 dollar for the maid, the bedspread was replaced with a clean one. The cleaning is not bad overall. I left tips three times during my stay. The air conditioner was used during the day, at night they just opened the window. Sometimes a mullah could be heard chanting from the mosque.
✔️ Food. This is generally a separate topic. Food is one of the greasy advantages of the hotel. You can eat almost around the clock. The food is varied, there is a fairly large selection, everything is always fresh. For breakfast - eggs, cereals, breakfast cereals, sausage, cheese, olives, vegetables, grilled vegetables, soups, many different types of bread, rolls, waffles, onions. An abundance of fruits – melon, watermelon, apples, pears, nectarines, plums, grapes, bananas, oranges.
For lunch and dinner there are always several types of meat, fish, again a lot of fruits, vegetables, sweets (my love is baklava of different types and a bunch of cakes and pies), different side dishes – rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, French fries, burgur.
Once we went on a Turkish night, once there was oriental cuisine and rolls, once there was a fish Thursday - shrimp, mussels.
All kinds of snacks, stews with vegetables, etc., etc.
On the territory of the dining room there is coffee from coffee machines, water. There is a juice vending machine, which looks more like compote and only at lunch + a bar of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks.
✔️Bars. There are several of them on the territory.
Good quality alcohol. Wine (white, red, pink), crayfish, beer, baileys, gin, whiskey, champagne (maybe something else I just don't drink much). All kinds of cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
There is a milkshake machine in the snack bar. Pepsi, sprite, fanta, various packaged juices + different alcohol are also poured here. Burgers, French fries, and pizza are served at the snack bar at certain hours.
There is a bar 24/7. There is also a cafeteria where they brew wonderful Turkish coffee and of course my favorite Turkish sweets)
The beach bar also has water, juices, beer + snack bar (burgers, fries, pizza, shawarma) in short, a solid ass).
✔️ Territory. As for me, it is quite large, well-groomed (something is constantly being cut, swept, scrubbed), a beautiful palm alley with access to the beach. The seals that live on the territory of the hotel deserve special attention. Playful and affectionate fuzzies.
✔️The sea. It seems to me that this is why we come on vacation. Gorgeous, clean, warm, salty. For the whole time of rest, it was more or less calm, as for me. It was stormy on the last day. The bottom is quite rocky, but sometimes there were small pebbles. In general, corals will help you. It will be difficult without them).
✔️The beach. Finely pebbly. Wide, spacious - there have always been consolidated places on the sun beds + there are tables and small trash cans). Beach towels were issued by cards for free. It is convenient that there are no umbrellas on the beach, but an awning. We cleaned up the garbage several times a day, but people managed to get dirty.(Sorry for the jargon). There is a toilet, a shower and a changing room on the beach.
As I wrote above, you can have a snack on the beach, drink beer or juice.
There is one caveat – at six o'clock in the evening, a beach employee puts all the sunbeds on a string. They don't speak Russian and it's not entirely clear on the first day what they say and why they kick you out of the sunbed at six o'clock in the evening) if the sunbed is placed, for example, right next to the coastline).
There is also a lifeguard on duty at the beach. The animator invites you to play beach volleyball. There is also an opportunity to ride a camel or take a photo with exotic parrots, but for a fee.
Another undoubted and huge plus is unlimited ice cream during the day from 11 to 17 in the evening.
On the way to the beach, they also bake delicious gyuzleme tortillas (with potatoes, cheese, meat to choose from).
In general, you will definitely not become hungry))
✔️Animation. Every day there is some kind of entertainment program. Discos, karaoke, live music, imported shows (acrobats, circus performers, dance shows).
✔️Swimming pool. This point is not particularly important to me. I didn't come to the pool to swim, but to the sea. Although there are some highs here.
There are always some activities in the main pool during the day - water polo, aquagymnastics, obstacle racing, once there was a foam party. There is also a small pool with three slides. And another relaxation pool near the 24-hour bar)
✔️Cons. The toilets on the territory are not particularly clean and there is not always toilet paper. But this is most likely a question for the vacationer and a large number of tourists during this period. They also did not always have time to clean the tables (there were used glasses, napkins). After the rain (or maybe they were just hosed down), the chairs and tables were not wiped – they were very wet. When I came to the evening show, I had to look for napkins to wipe the chairs and sit comfortably at the tables.
It is stuffy in the dining room and the presence of a large number of flies. It is not particularly comfortable to accept writing in such conditions. The hotel needs to take care of the air conditioning system in the dining room and somehow get rid of the abundance of flies)
On the left side of the main building, it often stinks of sewage. This is probably the only thing that will significantly darken the impression of this hotel. Is it really impossible to do something about sewage treatment plants? (((
Summarizing all of the above, I still definitely recommend this hotel.
An excellent hotel in its price segment. Beautiful and well-maintained territory. Everything is conveniently located. The beach is gorgeous - the first line. The food is varied, delicious, and fresh. Alcohol is on the level. Wi-Fi is free throughout the territory and catches well. Only in some parts of the beach it falls off.(but on the first day we were connected to Wi-Fi only at 1600) it's weird)
- Therefore, despite the minor disadvantages, I will still give the hotel a top five, of course paying attention to the cost of the tour in comparison with similar hotels.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel and we are already waiting for the moment to leave home as soon as possible. The vacation is ruined. I'll start in order:
❗️ Food. It's not tasty at all. The choice is meager. My husband was poisoned on the 6th day, ate food only at the hotel and did not swim at all. The suspicions are only for food. You can find dirty plates, they don't seem to be washed to the end. At the end of the season, they don't really try anymore, you can find sour salads on the buffet (there is a corresponding aroma and small flies fly)
❗️ The aroma of the sewer. We live in 3108. The left bungalows from the main building are the most unfortunate rooms!! There is a sewer nearby and the fragrance is notable, which is next to the building, which is in the corridor of the building, which is in the rooms themselves. It is incredibly difficult for me to breathe such a fragrance in a position, they complained at the reception. They blatantly lie that it smells everywhere there. They refused to relocate us, only for an additional fee. The man at the reception is a boor, in general, it's all the same for vacationers.
❗️There is no cleaning in the room. When we arrived, the room was already dirty. The hardware is rusty on the doors. The floors have never been washed.The mirror is dirty. Thanks for the towels every day.
The guide from fan and san Eugene does not help his tourists in any way. At first, he seemed to help change the room because of the sewage system, he spoke in a different way at the reception. Not on the side of the vacationers from his company.
The hotel is not 5 stars. 3 with a stretch.
At first I read the reviews, there were a lot of positive ones, I think OK, the hotel is normal and somehow I couldn't believe the negative ones. Until we arrived and saw for ourselves that the hotel was generally dead, dirty. Well, it's not worth the money, choose other options. Don't spoil your vacation.

We rested together with a child of ten years old from September 10 to September 18, 2024. We checked into room 3302. The room is small, with one bed, bedside table, TV and toilet. The balcony overlooks the highway and some kind of building. The smell of the toilet is strong. Russian Russian is not spoken by the managers, we went to the reception, we called a colleague who speaks weakly in Russian. He explained that the hotel was full, there were no rooms available. The hotel was not fully filled, I lied. They gave us a family room for 50 bucks. Everything was fine in the room, everything was functioning. I was guided by the reviews of vacationers, the reviews were very positive. But personally, I will not go to this hotel a second time. The food is monotonous, the same thing every day. Breakfast is a creepy-looking omelette in an iron tray, and fried eggs. Delicious fried fish and chicken for lunch and dinner. The rest is the same as everywhere else - soups, greens, side dishes, fettax, cheeses, etc. Fruits were in abundance, including watermelons. The cakes are always the same and tasteless. Baklava is very tasty. The staff in the dining room (I can't name a restaurant) doesn't understand Russian. I didn't see any animation for children. Animation for adults is good. The sea is warm, but for the last three days it was impossible to go into the sea - a storm, strong waves off the coast. The sea without a storm is always exciting on this beach with sufficient waves. The shore is pebbly, the bottom at the entrance is also pebbly, it is difficult to enter the sea without special shoes. The three slides with the pool are good, the child was happy. There is a large swimming pool. French fries, burgers, beer, wine in bars on the street are plentiful. It's all for the amateur. You need to keep in mind when you come here that the hotel is on the highway - it's noisy day and night, the traffic is like our MKAD. The hotel is not designed for Russian speakers, the staff does not want to speak Russian. This is very unpleasant. There are a lot of foreigners vacationing, 80 percent. The owner of this hotel has changed, perhaps because of this it has lost its former glory. I do not recommend this hotel. But Turkey is still beautiful with its sea, excursions (we went rafting in the mountains), bazaars.

We are resting here now in September 2024, my friend and I arrived, and my sister and her husband. They put us in rooms without windows, with a small double bed where two people are cramped. They asked us to move, they told us there were no available rooms. After long conversations and a spoiled mood, my friend and I were given another number, my sister and son-in-law were never given another number. Next, we wanted to go to the hammam at the hotel, we hurried to book the price of 50 euros per person for the next evening, across the street we were offered a hammam for 20 euros. We went to refuse to take the money , we could not solve the issue for 2 hours, we were forced to write an explanatory note why we changed our mind, we listened to a lot of pleasant things in our address. Further on nutrition, there are no juices, not even powders, there is enough food. There is no water in the room and it has never been brought. No one understands Russian except for a couple of animators. Guided tours are very expensive. You can only go to the sea in shoes, but on the third day the waves are such that you can't go in. The territory of the hotel is not bad. We'll see what awaits us next, but the hotel pulls in 3 stars at most.

Rooms: cleaning is sloppy, the shower stinks of sewage constantly to the point of nausea, because of this there are mosquitoes and midges in the room. They did not see hot water for ten days, they swore, promised - to no avail. They say that there was water in the central building of the hotel, but it never reached us... The beach: the mud is solid, once the workers went through and cleaned something, as well as garbage everywhere, plastic, glassware, forgotten socks, flip-flops, etc. Periodically broke through the sewer pipe that was thrown 20 meters from the beach directly into the sea!!!! The smell and the sea were still there at that moment. The entry into the sea is terrible, you can break your legs. The food is meager and monotonous, at least in comparison with the rest in other hotels over the past eight years. You need to take plates especially carefully, the remains of previous food can very often be found. Unsanitary conditions! In short, I do not recommend it to any of my compatriots. Especially with children. There are a lot of foreigners, and the Europeans with whom I had to communicate are also unhappy. we want to have a decent and comfortable vacation, one vacation a year!

On the second day of rest, my husband was poisoned, he spent the whole day in the room with fever and diarrhea. After a couple of days, I got sick too, my stomach hurt for 3 days. They didn't eat anywhere except in the hotel dining room. There is a choice on the buffet, but really delicious dishes are rare. Desserts are just disgusting, chemical. We ate almost the same food for 2 weeks. It's scary and disgusting to eat, because it's very easy to get poisoned.

In terms of service level, this is not a five, but a four with the prospect of slipping to a three. According to the level of theft from the rooms, just avoid this hotel.
1. Theft. Two days before departure, a dollar was stolen, buried deep in a cosmetic bag among cosmetics. Such minor damage is only due to previous tourist reviews! From the day of arrival, money and equipment were stored in a suitcase under a padlock, the key was carried with them. The thieves ransacked all the bedside tables in search of valuables. I think the safe was opened too. Only the dollar on duty was found. If someone, desperate, decides to come here, at their own risk, buy good locks for suitcases, and carry the keys with you. Or better yet, choose another place to relax.
2. The attitude of the reception, the hotel guide (anex) to the guests is arrogance, contempt, threats and blackmail. The hotel guide from anex does not care about anything, as long as they buy a tour from him. At the meeting, he stated in plain text that if none of our group buys him any vouchers, then we are seals, and he will not give us his phone to call in case of problems. All issues should be resolved through the hotline.
3. Every day, one of the tourists was poisoned (and not with alcohol). Personally, I talked with 15 such "lucky ones", plus I took to bed myself for a couple of days. There is a feeling that at least half of the hotel is "down".
5. Room 2xxxx in the last entrance is the hell of the aztsky. Near the road there is noise from the highway day and night, the smell of exhaust gases, at five in the morning the rumble from metal containers being unloaded or loaded, the windows cannot be opened. The toilet stinks from the sewer (to the point of pain in the eyes, even with the hood running). There are mosquitoes.
6. There is dirt in the room. The floor has not been washed once in 10 days, swept every other time. There's hair on the floor, rocks and sand from previous guests, ketchup stains, black spots. In the bathroom, there are streaks and white plaque on the sink, taps, shower, shower walls, traces of oxidation and other stuff. Streaks of soap from previous guests on the shelves in the shower.
7. There is no warm blanket in the room. A thin "waffle" sheet for nights at 13-15 degrees is cold. A warm blanket was given only after repeated request.
And many other disadvantages - the lack of toilets on the beach, slippers in the room, dead fittings, rust in the kettle, a dirty balcony, etc.
Never set foot in this hotel again. And I will definitely share all the information with the travel agent so that he warns other crazy tourists who will risk coming here.
There is no desire to write about the few advantages. It's not worth it. Look for a normal hotel.

We had a vacation with my husband from August 9 to August 15, 2024. When choosing a tour, I swam on the name Euphoria Barbaross Beach Resort. The name is beautiful, but it's not worth it. The streets between the buildings stank of sewage. The beach is not cleaned, there are always full trash cans, everything is lying around. The toilet is on the beach....That's something....It's scary to come in. The food is ordinary, the alcohol is only local. There was no European alcohol. I had a birthday on August 11th, they promised that they would congratulate me, but nothing like that happened. In fact, they were deceived or irresponsibly treated. It was not so much this congratulation that mattered to me as the stated promises. But alas....Nothing happened. I work with clients myself and the scariest thing about our work is....a dissatisfied customer. And I was left fascinated by the service...this is only a minus for the hotel!!! In general, the usual five. For Ultra all inclusive, it's still a long way off. The territory is beautiful, but the declared name and service are still very far away. We won't go a second time!!!

It's dirty, the hotel is disgusting, there are not even any bathrobes in the rooms, the rooms have never been cleaned in 10 days, there is no food, and for breakfast, lunch and dinner there are solid potato dishes, no meat dishes and seafood, service is at zero. The only thing I liked during my stay at this hotel is the weather. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it's just a waste of money!

The rooms are small, dead. There was no clothes dryer in our room on the balcony. We talked several times. They didn't bring it. There was a blockage in the sink. Well, it's been fixed. At the reception, they ask for money for a room in the main building. We had two rooms. The second room was found only at 4 o'clock. And then with a shared bed. And they pointed with a separate one. It took 2.5 hours to get to the hotel. There are no special problems with food. Just not a lot of choice. But the hotel itself is not big, the budget five. In the dining room, the air conditioner can't cope. Ice cream is given from 11 to 18 different. The animation is good. And here's a big minus: our family got sick with rotovirus. We also saw others who were also ill. Exactly one day vomiting, Panos, fever. They were saved by polysorb. The sea is good. The entrance is heavy with stones. I won't come here anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone.
