I recently visited the SPA "Shop" at the invitation of Jeanne, and it was unforgettable. This place was created with love for our national traditions, where every procedure is filled with the power and benefits of Zhetysu herbs. From the very first steps you feel this care and warmth.
SPA "Shop" is not just a sauna, but a real art of steam, capable of transferring to a state of elevation and freedom. Bath sound therapy using ethnic music was a discovery for me. Beautiful melodies penetrated into the soul, creating harmony and relaxation.
I especially enjoyed steaming in the cedar sauna — an amazing combination of the aroma of herbs and healing warmth. I underwent individual steaming with Zhetysu herbs, peeling with salt and herbs, as well as sports and strength massage. There were so many programs that three hours flew by unnoticed. We stayed an hour and a half longer than planned, but no one rushed us, despite the end of working hours.
This experience gave me not only a physical, but also an emotional renewal. SPA "Shop" is a place where traditions and modern approaches to wellness combine to create a unique atmosphere of comfort and harmony.

Beautiful small spa. The design is pleasant and relaxing. It's a pity there's no hammam, just a sauna and a small pool. If you take the program, there is a room with baptismal fonts.

The most beautiful, stylish and atmospheric SPA in Almaty, the design of 5 balls, definitely. Very polite and hospitable staff, cool spa masters who carefully make your vacation unforgettable. Definitely 5 stars
