We flew from Moscow to Thailand with a transfer from Abu Dhabi. The planes are new, everything is sensory, smells and is clean. Soft pillows , a bedspread ., gifts for children . The food is very tasty, tea, coffee and drinks can be taken as much as you want. The flight attendants are the best for my experience and observations of my flights. The service is top-notch, very polite, smiling and sympathetic. I was watching the situation . One woman was sick and they supported her constantly. And really some of the best

Flew on a Boeing B787-9 Dreamliner SVO--->AUH.
I was very pleased with the flight) A clean plane, a good crew, special technologies for darkening the illuminator instead of the curtain (we usually flew on slightly older planes).
It wasn't boring on the flight. You watched different movies, you played games. A personal blanket and headphones. The plane's livery and the name are beautiful)

We bought tickets through a Kip ticket, the fare at which the refund and exchange is paid. 5,000 rubles were refunded for one ticket, and for the second (they collected proof that a close relative had died, translated the documents into English, and notarized them), they have not been refunded for more than a month.
