Their behavior causes extreme indignation! Without the consent of the owners, they copy real estate listings and post them en masse on other platforms. Sellers often find out about this only after these "professionals" find a buyer and independently conclude a contract with him, without agreeing with anyone. But that's not all. They demand payment for their "services" from the buyer, threatening legal proceedings. At the same time, their contribution to the transaction amounts to a violation of norms and deception on both sides. Such actions cannot be called a professional activity – this is obvious manipulation and fraud. They create problems for both sellers and buyers. I strongly do not recommend contacting this company! Stay away from them

Such activity is an outright deception and violation of all norms. Neither sellers nor buyers get anything from them except a headache. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company, their behavior does not fit into any framework! They arbitrarily copy real estate listings owned by other people and post them on various websites. The owner often finds out about this only after this company finds a buyer and concludes a contract with him without any agreement. Their relationship to both sides of the deal is terrible. They demand to pay for their "services", scaring the court, although in fact they simply violate all boundaries... I completely agree with the negativity in the reviews below. People, read reviews before contacting such scammers, do not repeat mistakes!!!!
